“Ordered a few box combos and they were missing some chicken strips. Called them and they said they said just come by and they’ll make it right. Was super nice customer service for a simple mistake. Yeah it was a little inconvenient but hey I ended up with more food than I paid for. They’ll make it right.“

“Don't go here for any kind of customer service, but the chicken is fresh and hot EVERY time. The biscuits are fresh and hot EVERY time. I did have one instance I received some luke warm fries and my jalapeno poppers were empty stale. A drive thru would be nice but the location is small. As long as the chicken and biscuits are good I will continue to return.“
