“Excellent service as always. The cashier took our order and was patient and kind with my seven year old while she said what she wanted. They forgot the toy with the kids meal and quickly fixed it.
Everything came as ordered. So easy! Good was great and the place was very clean throughout! I would absolutely go back.

This place was horrible a few months ago, serving cold and stale chicken, but I've eaten here three or four times this month, and the food has always been hot and fresh. The manager was very nice and provided excellent customer service. I'm not sure what her name is (a Hispanic lady), but there has been a significant change in this place since she arrived.“

“First time here. We were immediately greeted by a clean environment and friendly cashier named James. He patiently and quickly answered any questions and helped us pick what spicy level would work for us.
We were checked on a few times while eating to make sure we weren’t in need of anything, which is a huge step above for most fast food places.
The food was freshly made and delicious, and we were impressed with how spicy the extra hot turned out to be.

“Today I finally tried Layne’s, it was wonderful. The chicken is so much better than Canes or Slim Chickens. This is the best chicken I’ve had besides making homemade tenders, which is exactly what it reminded me of. The chicken was tender and the crust/batter is crispy. “Our first time in. I believe the owner served us. Was a pleasant experience. Clean atmosphere, friendly customer service. Carbonated fountain drink was crisp/fresh. Ordered the chicken & waffles. Good size portion and the chicken isn’t overly breaded. Owner walked around & checked on us- offered us a sample of the next heat level up to see if we liked it for next visit. We signed up for the rewards app & the staff applied our points from receipt for us since we waited to sign up after paying. Can’t wait to try again for other flavor & menu options. “Brought my friend here to tag along with me and she is a vegetarian so she didn’t want to get anything. they gave her a bag of free broccoli salad and pasta salad etc and I thought that was just so considerate and accommodating! This was the best chicken salad i’ve ever had“

“Food came out hot and super fast prob came out in 3-5 mins. Got my food before I even put my straw in my drink. Ordered a 3 piece chicken tender combo. Staff was friendly. Restaurant was clean. I'll give you 5 stars except for the noisy high schoolers which is out of your control. Will stop by again.“

“First time trying this place. The pricing is not that bad at all i got alot of food and couldnt even finish it. The fried chicken was ok and had a little flavor to it I got half and half and was missing a piece of chicken. The tortillas was not cooked. The empanadas was eh and i was missing one. I really wanted to try the Yuca fries. But accidently ordered the cheese bacon fries. The horchata was really good. I might go back and give it a second chance for the yuca fries but missing major items that I paid for is unacceptable. And I was parked even though there was nobody behind me at the drive thru.

Update: I decided to give it a second chance and my experience was alot better this time around. Maybe it was a bad day when I went but today Everything i ordered was in the bag and even got extra sauces and I did not get parked the food was ready right when I got to the window and The food was alot better and the yuca bacon cheese fries was great something new and different i liked it.“

Ive never had cfa ever so i asked my cashier what did she recommend so after i order and all she told me not to worry about it that my meal was on her. That she wanted my first experience at cfa to be good. I was shocked that she paid my meal. She was super friendly and sweet. I swear i wish we were bestfriends lol. I went tonight and I paid for the 5 piece chicken dinner and I just got home and I’m disappointed to see one of my rolls missing.

“This location was slammed, lines around the building, but it was still so clean, fast and the employees are so kind. I am always so impressed. The big boss who's photo is at entry was there, he's very hands on and seemingly every nice, bilingual and chatting with customers and staff. When a boss is a good boss, its very easy to see. The kids area was very clean and the food was great. 0 complaints.“

As I didn’t recognize more than two folks, I figure there are a bunch of new hires. Large fries were less than half-full, 5-count nuggets had two that were simply bread & didn’t get the requested sauces. Since we were a dine-in customer, the issues were resolved quickly and efficiently… but had I been a drive-thru order, I might not return. Update: I still love this place but the last three times I have asked for extra bell peppers with my salad, they’ve forgotten. So today, at the window, I asked “and are you sure you put the extra bell peppers in there?” And the girl said “Yes!” Annnnnd I got home and don’t have them. Gahhh I know it’s not that important but they used to always get it right and now it just doesn’t happen anymore. I’d be happy to pay extra for it too. I just want the extra peppers for my salad.“
