“I typically don’t write reviews but this is an exception. I came in after typical lunchtime today, the young man at the counter immediately greeted me and asked how my day was. It was my first time here so he walked me through the menu and Specials that they had. After he took my order he gave me my food fast, he sparked a lovely conversation with me. While I was eating he checked in on me and gave me a coupon booklet too! 😃 The food was great and I’ll definitely return due to the kind and welcoming customer service! Great job to the crew! 🙏😇“

Got here and the parking lot was not packed, but I know it can get packed. It is not that big, just a heads up.
Walked in and was greeted. They have inside and outside seating. Place was clean. People were leaving and they were cleaning the tables. Now, we got to the counter and the young lady was very nice. Told her that it was our first time. We got a sampler and she mentioned to get medium hot if we like spicy and then go from there. Ordered for and drink, waited and the food was amazing! The Hot honey dip... VERY NICE. You need to go here. Try it out. WARNING ...chairs make TONS of noise because people are too lazy to pick them up instead of dragging it on the floor.“

“Today I finally tried Layne’s, it was wonderful. The chicken is so much better than Canes or Slim Chickens. This is the best chicken I’ve had besides making homemade tenders, which is exactly what it reminded me of. The chicken was tender and the crust/batter is crispy. Will definitely return to have again. 10/10“

“Our first time in. I believe the owner served us. Was a pleasant experience. Clean atmosphere, friendly customer service. Carbonated fountain drink was crisp/fresh. Ordered the chicken & waffles. Good size portion and the chicken isn’t overly breaded. Owner walked around & checked on us- offered us a sample of the next heat level up to see if we liked it for next visit. We signed up for the rewards app & the staff applied our points from receipt for us since we waited to sign up after paying. Can’t wait to try again for other flavor & menu options. “These ladies don’t play games!! I had a pickup for my coworkers of about 6 people and we are not even 7 min away. As soon as they were done ordering I went “early” to go pickup and to my surprise it was already done. They also included a huge bag for us for easy carrying out. “I was in the middle of a family emergency and stopped to get food for my young granddaughter during 5:00 crowd on my way to pick her up. The Manager was training someone so I politely explained I needed to hurry. He helped me pick a kids meal because I couldn't think straight. He could tell I was rattled. He shared a brief story of a similar emergency he recently went through with a happy ending to give me comfort. He was so kind. He wouldn't accept payment and said he hoped everything turned out good. Two other employees wished me a blessed day before I could leave. I had never gone into a Chil-fil-A before, but it was like a religious experience! My finicky 2 year old granddaughter loved the meal and the book included with the meal. Their mac & cheese is her absolute favorite

“First time here. Used the drive thru. Very affordable. Everything we had was absolutely delicious. Had the 5 pc tender meal along with the corn nuggets, burrito, apple pie, and raspberry cheesecake roll. There were so many good options that we'll definitely be back. No photos because we scarfed it all down!“

“Eat at this location nearly every other Friday, and it’s usually very fast, friendly and accurate. However, Friday the 10th, this was not the case. As I didn’t recognize more than two folks, I figure there are a bunch of new hires. Large fries were less than half-full, 5-count nuggets had two that were simply bread & didn’t get the requested sauces. Since we were a dine-in customer, the issues were resolved quickly and efficiently… but had I been a drive-thru order, I might not return. Luckily, I’m sure it was a fluke, and I know they usually do a lot better, so I’ll be back. This is simply a heads up for the managers that y’all weren’t on your game today. 2/10/2023 @ 1145.“

“This location is fast, friendly, and has generally good food. It isn't 5 stars mostly because the drive thru experience could be better as lines wrap around the building and the packaging can cause soggy food after a 15 minute ride home. Recommend dining in if possible.“

“So my first experience at the Chick fil a at the north east mall was amazing. Ive never had cfa ever so i asked my cashier what did she recommend so after i order and all she told me not to worry about it that my meal was on her. That she wanted my first experience at cfa to be good. I was shocked that she paid my meal. She was super friendly and sweet. I swear i wish we were bestfriends lol. Very happy that theres good people out there still. Overall food was great! Service was awesome and she made my whole day!!!!“

“I’m am out in Justin Texas on bossiness today and I saw Chicken Express and I am dinning in. The restaurant and very nice and clean. I order my meal and I tell you the truth. The coleslaw is so fresh and delicious, the chicken is hot and crispy and delicious the roll is outstanding. I receive the outstanding customer service from Maggie. She is awesome and also a beautiful smile. Each customer that came in to the restroom she recognized them as they enter the restaurant. First time here and I love. I will be back hopefully soon. “Wife and I wanted to try Slim Chicken, we have drove by it many times but never tried it. Went to the drive through and was greeted by the most professional person I have ever ordered from. He asked if we have ever been here before and gave the best explanation of the menu covering every thing. With the detail of where we can find the sauces. His name is Caleb. (Management should give him a raise and place him in as head trainer or Management training)
