“The staff that work this location are wonderful. Not the usual aggressive attitude issues you typically find at other Popeyes locations.

The food tastes incredible, I'm pretty sure they put crack in the ranch, it is so good.

And the food has to be good because you WILL get diarrhea after eating here, almost every time. But it's worth it.

Just make sure your toilet is ready to go and paper is stocked about an hour after you finish eating, and take a hot shower afterward.“

Parking: Their parking lot is weird. If the drive thru lines are full, you can't get to the spots by the front door until the other cars move. Other than that, it's fine.“

As I walk in the restaurant the gentleman welcome me in and explain to me about the level of hot ?. lol I got the light hot chicken tender with fries. “This restaurant is small. It isn't ideal for large groups. Great place for a meet up with a friend. The customer service is excellent. When order, head to the front register then explore the options on the menu over the register. After you place your order, choose your table and your meal will arrive to your table by the number they provide you after placing your order.
The food was okay. I thought I ordered a bone in combo but tenders arrived to my table. I didn't send it back. I was in a rush plus the gentlemen who brought my order was super kind.

The taste for me was not unique to a brand. I guess I was expecting a signature receipe. It taste bland. The freshness was there and cooked to order, but I was not taken back from the sauce I selected. I guess I expected more. I definitely will try them again.“

“Just discovered this amazing place. I’ve always seen it but decided to try out. Had takeout and really loved the food. I got a buffalo chicken croissant and it was great. “First time I've been here, the atmosphere is nice and clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. I got the chicken bacon melt on a croissant with brocolli cheddar soup. The soup was tasty and hot. The chicken salad itself was good, I got the classic, but the croissant was stale, even after they toasted it, it was just dry, and hard on the bottom. Other than that, I like the fact they used real bacon that was crispy. And came with a little sugar cookie, and crackers which was nice too.“

However, I've noticed a recurring issue during my Sunday visits. There's always someone at the drive-thru who seems to be in a sour mood. While I understand that working under pressure can be challenging, it does impact the overall experience. I believe a revamp of their customer service approach could make a significant difference.

Despite this, Lisa's Chicken remains a favorite for its fantastic food and welcoming atmosphere. A little improvement in the customer service area, especially at the drive-thru, would make it perfect.“

“After being detained @ MHC Kenworth for a day and half with a break down and eating most all my food in the fridge, I wished I’d walked down to this place sooner. Not a bad walk from KW Dealership and was pleasantly surprised that there was a convenience store to boot.
Ordered the 2pc Catfish Plt w/ green beans+coleslaw, spectacular! And for later ordered 2pc white chicken plt w/ mashed potatoes and small corn-on-the-cob. Already looking forward to supper. Portion sizes appear generous and I could barely finish the catfish plate.
My compliments to the cook and the folks that packaged everything as there were utensils, napkins and proper condiments(tartersauce,ketchup)included without having to ask.
After this being my first visit, I will return if ever in the area again and again. Fast friendly service. The place smells terrific, you won’t to leave.“

“Yo, this fried chicken is the bomb! The taste is unreal. I always get ten pieces of all white meat, even though it costs three bucks more for the breast. The batter seeps into the chicken, and every bite is like a flavour explosion. The mash potatoes is a no-go for us, little too wet.

The only downside is the wait time. If you go during dinnertime, between five and seven-thirty, be prepared to wait at least twenty minutes for your order. But trust me, it's worth it.

The seating is like a fast-food joint, and most people just get takeout.

This is my fifth time ordering from them, and I'll definitely be back for more.“

“This is a relatively local fast food that has expanded rapidly in the last 2 years. The chicken is large pieces & the crust is always crunchy. The fried shrimp is also large. The meats are always very hot (no cold meats). The side of okra is also a large portions, crunchy & hot. Rolls are very good. French fries are also hot. No seating. Inside pick-up or drive thru. Ive never had cfa ever so i asked my cashier what did she recommend so after i order and all she told me not to worry about it that my meal was on her. “Great place for some of the most delicious, juiciest lightly battered chicken strips you can get. Meals include the number of chicken strips you're hungry for fries and texas toast. All meals get you a choice (depending on the meal) 1 - 3 of their many dipping sauces. Those sauces are Korean bbq, honey bbq, garlic parmesan, hot, Buffalo, mango habenero, blue cheese, gravy, ranch, cayenne ranch, honey mustard and slims sauce. If you do not want strips, they have chicken sandwiches, wings, salads, or mac bowls with their chicken strips diced. For beverages, they have a few sodas on tap, tea (sweet or unsweetened), and lemonade. Usually, they have a specialty shake depending on what it is at that time and fried Pickles that are so good. If you have any room left, you have to try one of their jar desserts (cookies and cream cheesecake, strawberry cheesecake, or usually a 3rd specialty one).“

It’s just a huge inconvenience because unlike ALL the other Chicken Expresses in the area, here, you have to ask for ice, ask for napkins, ask for hot sauce, ask for salt, ask for everything! I really like their grilled chicken cool wrap meal and I like the honey mustard dressing that comes with it.

Of course you can choose a different dressing, but I usually choose honey mustard for this particular meal and this meal is filling

Parking: Sometimes this location can be packed with customers & it can be somewhat hard to find a parking spot
