“I ordered take out today for my son and I and his app would let me put for it to be ready by 10:30 am, but my app would not let me pick that time and I needed to pick up the orders at the same time, but i went ahead and placed the order like that. I called and Jesús was fabulous and let me pick it up about the same time as my son's even though the app said noon. Thank you for working with me!!“

“We use a coupon we get on the mail we decide to try this location,Place is ok , music was a little loud for our taste ,need better cleaning, ( restrooms tables and floors dirty) service was good ,staff was very friendly , food was good, complete and on time , is always room for improvement I'm sure the management will pay attention and do better .

“My dad works the night shift and he often stops here in morning to buy himself food. He doesn’t speak english well and he orders lunch items during their breakfast time but the workers are always accommodating. I appreciate everyone here who is patient and kind with him!“

Staff were fantastic and apologetic for wait. “Stopped going to the Keller location because they were absolutely terrible. So we decided to try this location out and it was great! Sandwich was made exactly how we ordered it on the app. We will definitely start coming to this location from now on.“

“This is the closest location to me. After the one in Southlake closed. I love the Hooks & Ladder sub. I honestly prefer Firehouse Subs over Subway. I've never had a problem with the staff. I always follow the golden rule.“
