She makes those guys at the “My pleasure “ restaurant look like amateur hour, and we were there during a rush. If only every service worker could be so pleasant, what a wonderful world it would be. Thank you Whitney for making our Freddy’s expedience an exceptional one.“

“I placed an order for me and my kiddo, and when I got to the window my card was nowhere to be found. I was embarrassed and panicked. Eric (the person at the window) calls over his manager Sarah, and they tell me “it’s ok, just take the food”, and then handed the bag to me. This was so kind of them! I eventually located my card (on the entry way table at home ??‍♀️). I called back and asked if I could come back to pay, but Sarah said it wasn’t necessary.

The food was good, but the service and kindness were even better!“

“This place needs an upgrade for their app. You should be able to earn points and redeem rewards as you wish. It's expensive as hell. We should have the choice. I come here just because they have the only consistent sweet tea. It is always delicious. Please train your team members on how the app works so when customers like me have a question, they can answer it. Food here is good, it's the sauce that does it though. Really can pull soggy chicken thru.“

“Their service and food has definitely improved recently. The crinkle fries were really fresh and cooked well, and their tea was fresh. Which is a really big deal to me. Sometimes when I go eat at other fast food restaurants around here, their tea tastes like it’s been sitting out for a week. Not this place. Keep up the good work, we appreciate it.“

“Always clean and well staffed. Food was good and hot, as always.

Parking: Their parking lot is weird. If the drive thru lines are full, you can't get to the spots by the front door until the other cars move. Other than that, it's fine.“

“I went at 3pm on a Thursday and the food tasted fresh and they hooked me up with extra tenders. The staff were very polite too. The biscuit was a little meh. I didn’t realize it was an option but she offered so I gave it a try. I’ll go back to ordering the roll next time.“

“The staff that work this location are wonderful. Not the usual aggressive attitude issues you typically find at other Popeyes locations.

The food tastes incredible, I'm pretty sure they put crack in the ranch, it is so good.

And the food has to be good because you WILL get diarrhea after eating here, almost every time. But it's worth it.

Just make sure your toilet is ready to go and paper is stocked about an hour after you finish eating, and take a hot shower afterward.“
