“I had been going to this store back in 1988 in high school. The service is still quite excellent. I had a problem with a location in Carrollton when I live and the manager took the time to answer some questions I had about the service they provided me and how bad it was. If the quality there is as good as the staff, then I highly recommend them. I can't be a fair judge of them not living the that area anymore. I thank the manager for his help.“

“most annoying thing is to go thru drive-thru and not get my order right. I know I usually check away from the line but this place has not gotten my order wrong in a long time; so I didn't. Got a salad and no dressing or salsa. He even asked me twice what I wanted. I will be checking and holding up the line next time to check. Can't go back since I'm already at work. :(“

“I actually went to the subway on central drive first and the service e was so horrible I walked out. I came to this location and it was a world of difference! I was promptly greeted whe I walked in the door and the store smelled clean and looked amazing. The gentleman made my sandwich exactly how I asked and it was Amazing. “I did venture to the Taco Bell that was just reopened the atmosphere I just did the drive-thru but I was pleasantly surprised I had Taco on crispy I tried the fries which were a little different but once again the service is excellent the food to my surprise was really really good so needless to say I've got a new place just stopped in for a snack now and again“

Today was the first time I’ve ordered something that they’ve been out of, and they went out of their way to make up for the missing item, and went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience. The staff here is always friendly and helpful and I’m glad that this is my nearest Taco Bell because I would drive out of my way for this level of service.“

“Ann was on staff Saturday night and OMG that was the best customer service ever! She absolutely knew her menu. I heard her voice over the speaker outside at the drive through and recognized her skill. When I came into the store I started with someone else but she did come by and she really helped this high maintenance customer.!!!“

“Food was good, hot, order correct. The issue I had was with the cleanliness. Nobody seemed to care about giant spills on the floor or tables, just covering them with tons of napkins & moving on. And the toddler play is needed a serious scrub down. My granddaughter couldn't even make it down the slide bc of how sticky it is from dirt. We wiped it down w/their cleaning wipes & was a little better. They are just not doing enough keep it as clean as they should, tons of build up on it.“

“I have never been a fan of Chipotle in the past. My 3 boys and wife love it. They convinced me to go tonight, and it was really 👍 good. Made me a fan. I got the steak soft tacos, they were fantastic. Nice job Chipotle 👏“
