“Not sure why I often forget how good the Casa is, but it all comes quickly back after the first bite ! Taco Casa never disappoints and the crew here ABSOLUTELY DID NOT !! Total transparency, we arrived about twelve minutes before close and humbly asked if they had everything closed down and put away, but they quickly reassured us that they were definitely open and ready to serve. We put in a fairly large order and they knocked it out in no time. We checked out and were on our way with minutes to spare before closing. This is a top notch crew at a top notch establishment !! Do not overlook this option, you won't leave disappointed or hungry.“

“Great food, clean atmosphere, attentive employees. Atmosphere is boring after 2 minutes. A tv would be nice to watch while pounding the alcohol. Would by and stay longer if a tv was available.“

“While this is my “go to” Chick-fil-a restaurant, it is so frustrating to not receive all the items you paid for. I of course did not discover this until I was home. Calling the store is an endless loop of menu options or voicemail boxes that are not set up. Be sure you check your bags before you pull away!“

“It's just a Sonic, but it's hard to find a location that does it right. The Grapevine, TX, Sonic is the unicorn. We don't visit often since we don't live near here, but when we're in the area, we always stop by and get at least a drink. A Coke Zero with raspberry hit the spot for me this visit. Can't mess a drink up? Other locations can...and do!“

“The staff was very welcoming. Restraunt was clean and the girl in the front keep up with the tables. She also was very nice . I’ve missed being able to go to a Pizza Hut Buffet. Our first time back to one since before COVID. Had to drive about 35 minutes to get there but it was worth it. I wish there were more locations that had a buffet.“

“Tried their Spicy BBQ flavored fries and really enjoyed them! The fries were made fresh and served piping hot, which made them even better. The Spicy BBQ seasoning had a really good flavor and added a nice kick without being too much. Definitely worth trying and would recommend!“

“I order online and drive over to pick up. My order is always ready when I get there and I am greeted by name when I pick up. There are days when I choose to dine in after pickup and the staff is always very friendly with customers and they know many of them by name.“

“I had forgotten how good the roast beef sandwich here is. I don't even mind that the lady keeps calling me Green. The chicken sandwiches are worth a taste also, but I would skip the tenders unless you are also fan of excessive breading.“

“Love Taco Bueno. I get the Wholotta platter most times. Always delicious! Taco bueno's are always clean. They're neither freezing nor hot temperature wise. It's always perfect. I prefer Taco bueno's thin tacos then all the other taco places where they're harder. And they also don't have that greasy taco sauce that's on all the other stuff at the other places. It is just yummy flavored meat, lettuce, tomato, cheese. Just a whole yummy taco deliciousness. I've never had a bad atmosphere or bad service at a Taco Bueno ever“

“This was me and my family‘s first time visiting. I had a coupon, but when I came in, the overall experience was great customer service was good. I was graded and checked up our own. Several of the people were in Canada was so very helpful to include Monaya & Laura“

“The food is fantastic, the drive thru service can be hit or miss. Whether a headset issue or a understanding issue often the drive thru attendants do not seem happy to be at work or struggle to understand the order. If this happened for me at multiple drive thru's (like it does my husband's deep voice) then I would expect it but seems to constantly only be an issue at this one location.“

“I love Sonic, since the 1900’s. Always great, I must say I avoid Sonic only because it’s so hard to communicate. The new whole music playing loud in the parking lot sucks I hate it. I just want to order my food.. not struggle to speak over Alanis Morrsett. I’m in my truck.?! Why do I need music that sucks interrupting my order? Still love it just kill that music thing .. staff.. food everything on point“

“Never had a bad experience. This is my kids favorite quick bite at the mall. Service is fast and the lines always move quick. My order is never wrong and always up to par with Taco Bell standards. Zero complaints. We will definitely continue getting our kids a quick bite here when at the mall.“

“Alright for a Sonic at a mall. I do prefer the ones you can be in your car for. This one does seem to cost more and the food is not as good usually. But this is a good option and cheaper than alot of the other options at this mall. Overall not bad. Would get again.“

“Tacos, gas, car wash, and delicious snow cones all in one spot! What else could you ask for!? Looks can be deceiving. The food is actually pretty good! I got the steak quesadillas which were really good but I did have to blot off the grease from the cheese. My sister raved about their burrito bowl with every topping you can think of. Queso and chips is good as well. We will definitely be back!“

“How is the best Chipotle I've been to in years in Texas with other actual Mexican restaurants? Solid, predictable quality, friendly staff. Went during dinner and there was no line. Tables were a little dirty but not overly so. That's all I can really ask for.“

“As a long-time Grapevine resident, I've seen this Whataburger go through lots of changes.

This location has always been a fine when it came to cleanliness, but in the past, was very inconsistent as far as speed and accuracy.

You could tell that the previous manager did a lot to correct this, but the new manager Jessica Gomez-Arreola (as of 2024-2025) and her team have taken this place to another level.

Honestly, it's gotten so good that it's not crazy for me to say that this is probably one of (if not the best) Whataburgers I've been to in the Metroplex (and I mean, for all shifts that I've experienced).

Because of this consistency, even when the wait is long at this location, I don't get frustrated like I did years ago because it seems like it's usually just a fluke.

Anyhow, I can't recommend this location enough, so if you're not a regular or just visiting, this is hands-down THE Whataburger to go to.

FYI, if you take the drive-thru, be sure to say hello to Post Maloak (the nickname my wife and I have for the tree with a face since we believe it's a Post Oak).“

“I’m writing about the location inside the food court. My son left his bag with two pairs of jeans and a T-shirt that he bought from the Levi’s store. He left it underneath the table after he got his pretzel. He walked off and forgot the bag and a very nice employee, grabbed the bag and held it behind the counter. We can’t thank this employee enough for the kindness that is so hard to find in this world sometimes. Thank you for finding his bag in the middle of the food court on a busy day and holding it.“
