“Justice the manager was super awesome great customer service, my daughter and I stopped in before her doctor appointment and the staff has been great, if your needing a smooth lunch or dinner on the move this place is the place to be, would definitely come back if in the area. Id also like to add the place is very clean and organized. My wife and I are at the point where small things that people deserve the credit dont get it theses days unless its bad so just wanting to let the world know there is always a place to make your bad experiences better and this one deserves 💯 credit where its due to making a great day.“

“This location was slammed, lines around the building, but it was still so clean, fast and the employees are so kind. I am always so impressed. The big boss who's photo is at entry was there, he's very hands on and seemingly every nice, bilingual and chatting with customers and staff. When a boss is a good boss, its very easy to see. The kids area was very clean and the food was great. 0 complaints.“

“So my first experience at the Chick fil a at the north east mall was amazing. Ive never had cfa ever so i asked my cashier what did she recommend so after i order and all she told me not to worry about it that my meal was on her. That she wanted my first experience at cfa to be good. I was shocked that she paid my meal. She was super friendly and sweet. I swear i wish we were bestfriends lol. Very happy that theres good people out there still. Overall food was great! Service was awesome and she made my whole day!!!!“

“I can here for a queso crunchy double chicken bowl. There combination of overhead music, loud kitchen, and a fast but quiet speaking cashier meant it took a little bit to get the order across. Also I wanted the red salsa which I always remember getting at a salsa bar but they don't have the salsa bar here, even though you can tell where it's supposed to be. The same combination of noise and communication means I gave up on trying to get it, I wound up getting some super spicy picante sauce instead. Oddly enough the next customer was handled by another cashier and I could hear and understand her from my seat 25 feet away. Also there's only one napkin dispenser and they keep it almost behind the counter. I understand wanting to control costs but there's not going to be any customers if you treat them all like they can't be trusted to even get a napkin or some salsa.

“So parking, some days it's easy, some days the small parking lot is full.
They do have a drive thru!
This location, is always clean. People are nice and make recommendations.
Always nice to come here. You can't go wrong here.“

“I'm a big fan. Been going to this location for as long as I can remember. My go-to drive thru burger since Whataburger has gone down hill the last few years. I don't think there's any indoor dining at any Burger Streets but all the locations I've been to have a couple of picnic tables outside.“

“A family friend, her daughter, and I swung into this location to grab some dinner since it was nearby where we planned to shop after and had a playground for her little.

The atmosphere was very sophisticated for a McDonalds which was nice and the food was good-no errors even with our modifications. 😆

What really deserves praise though was the kindest soul, Logan. He ran us our food orders with a smile and was the kindest thing. Working in the service industry can be exhausting, but he’s doing great. He’s definitely a reason we’d return to this location specifically. Awesome job, kiddo❤️“

“I was lusting for a Cheese Steak, which used to be pretty good… Don’t know what changed but No One needs that Cheese Steak Salted! The cheese has enough salt! So we drove to Hurst( our fav location) from East FtWorth— ordered a Large Italian and a Reg Philly( No No on the bell peppers) We drive home— finally my Cheese Steak,, Took one bite and the salt burned my mouth! So I tell my Husband give this a try….. He said lets drive back thats awful! I didn’t drive back but did trash my Cheese Steak! What happened to Your great faux Philly? Never leave a bunch if kids alone — although your employees and very nice—- I think I am done with Jersey Mikes.. Please teach your employees that a little saly goes a very long way! “We went in and ordered popcorn chicken. They gave us come chicken not the best quality and we went back up there and showed them the chicken and they were immediately apologetic. The manager Christin made it right, cooked us fresh chicken, and took great care of us. Thank you for acknowledging your mistake and making it right! We will be back!“
