“First time here. We were immediately greeted by a clean environment and friendly cashier named James. He patiently and quickly answered any questions and helped us pick what spicy level would work for us.
We were checked on a few times while eating to make sure we weren’t in need of anything, which is a huge step above for most fast food places.
The food was freshly made and delicious, and we were impressed with how spicy the extra hot turned out to be.
Great experience! Looking forward to coming back to this location.“

“Chicken Salad Chick is a great spot for a quick, tasty meal! The chicken salad was fresh, flavorful, and packed with quality ingredients. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. The portions were satisfying, and there were plenty of delicious options to choose from. Definitely a place I’d happily visit again for the broccoli salad alone!“

“I can here for a queso crunchy double chicken bowl. There combination of overhead music, loud kitchen, and a fast but quiet speaking cashier meant it took a little bit to get the order across. Also I wanted the red salsa which I always remember getting at a salsa bar but they don't have the salsa bar here, even though you can tell where it's supposed to be. The same combination of noise and communication means I gave up on trying to get it, I wound up getting some super spicy picante sauce instead. Oddly enough the next customer was handled by another cashier and I could hear and understand her from my seat 25 feet away. Also there's only one napkin dispenser and they keep it almost behind the counter. I understand wanting to control costs but there's not going to be any customers if you treat them all like they can't be trusted to even get a napkin or some salsa.

“So my first experience at the Chick fil a at the north east mall was amazing. Ive never had cfa ever so i asked my cashier what did she recommend so after i order and all she told me not to worry about it that my meal was on her. That she wanted my first experience at cfa to be good. I was shocked that she paid my meal. She was super friendly and sweet. I swear i wish we were bestfriends lol. Very happy that theres good people out there still. Overall food was great! Service was awesome and she made my whole day!!!!“

“This location was slammed, lines around the building, but it was still so clean, fast and the employees are so kind. I am always so impressed. The big boss who's photo is at entry was there, he's very hands on and seemingly every nice, bilingual and chatting with customers and staff. When a boss is a good boss, its very easy to see. The kids area was very clean and the food was great. 0 complaints.“

“We went in and ordered popcorn chicken. They gave us come chicken not the best quality and we went back up there and showed them the chicken and they were immediately apologetic. The manager Christin made it right, cooked us fresh chicken, and took great care of us. Thank you for acknowledging your mistake and making it right! We will be back!“

“My husband and I tried Lolo’s for the first time on Sunday. We learned that when going to Lolo‘s, you want to put yourself on the waiting list on the app before walking in, we waited two hours to be seated although the music was great and food was mighty tasty. Definitely comfort food. I highly recommend chicken and fish mashed potatoes and collard greens were off the chain Not to mention the cornbread. I have to say the food was definitely worth the wait! “I usually order for pickup. My first impression of this place was that it wasn't kind of place I expected (it's in a strange neighborhood). But my food is always hot and fresh, and I'm usually in and out within seconds.

Trip's special is the fried fish, mac, slaw, and a drink. Fish is legit; seasoned well, crispy coating, moist and delicious. Gotta have it with the tartar. Mac is nice and cheesy with good texture. I usually don't like slaw, but Lisa's slaw is sweet, delicious, and really helps to cut down the grease. Recommend throwing in some hushpuppies too.

Chicken is pretty good most of the time, it stays crispy, tender, and juicy for a while. Not mind-blowing delicious, but homestyle and very good for the value you get out of this place. Would recommend for anyone looking for a cheap, filling, satiating meal. Hits different when you're on the drive home and you're too lazy to chef up.“

“I've been a customer since 99' over in North Fort Worth. Always great stuff. Maybe once at the one on Division in Arlington the chicken was too dry, but now I try the one in Arlington off Pioneer and I'm just so happy with their overall service.“

Heather was our waitress, who was attentive but not helicopter-esque, and an absolute joy. “While this is my “go to” Chick-fil-a restaurant, it is so frustrating to not receive all the items you paid for. I of course did not discover this until I was home. Calling the store is an endless loop of menu options or voicemail boxes that are not set up. Be sure you check your bags before you pull away!“

“Ms. Rose has this location moving like a well-oiled machine. All smiles on this end. Excellent customer service. The group there tonight moved fluently and everyone understood their assignment and/or role. Exceptional service like this makes me choose to slow down, sit in and enjoy my meal. And that's definitely a good thing.... *This is by far one of the cleanest locations I've been to.

Update: Went for a follow up visit and again, Ms. Rose and the crew did not disappoint. I was greeted with an inviting smile; food was hot; and the place was sparkling from top to bottom. “Not a bad place at all. Service was prompt, efficient and on point. Food wasn't awesome, definitely not bad either.

I ordered a catfish filet, 3 chicken tenders, coleslaw and fried okra.

The catfish was cooked perfectly. Just not quality catfish. Reminds me of Southeast Asia catfish.

Chicken tenders are almost great. They seem to be brined, leaving the protein very moist. It's a texture problem for me.

Coleslaw was really good and I highly recommend it.

Fried okra needed a few more minutes in the oil. Just not quite crispy enough for me.

I will be back to explore some of the other items on the menu.“

“Wife and I wanted to try Slim Chicken, we have drove by it many times but never tried it. Went to the drive through and was greeted by the most professional person I have ever ordered from. He asked if we have ever been here before and gave the best explanation of the menu covering every thing. With the detail of where we can find the sauces. His name is Caleb. (Management should give him a raise and place him in as head trainer or Management training)
I ordered crispy spicy chicken sandwich with fries. The fries were cold and the sandwich was good but a little salty for my taste. And a little on the high side.“
