We went in and ordered popcorn chicken. They gave us come chicken not the best quality and we went back up there and showed them the chicken and they were immediately apologetic. The manager Christin made it right, cooked us fresh chicken, and took great care of us. Thank you for acknowledging your mistake and making it right! We will be back!
Bypassed the kiosk and waited to order at the counter. Employees looked shocked to have to interact with people. Waited for 1 of the 3 employees to actually walk over and take our order. Assumed manager walked around a corner in the back, saw us standing there and she dipped back behind the corner. Didn't have to wait long, just a weird experience.
