“Hospitality all around was excellent! The young lady who handed me my order accidentally dropped one of the tenders (things happen! it wasn’t her fault at all!). Honestly, I would have been perfectly fine with just losing a tender, but the team insisted on making it right. I assumed they were going to replace the single tender, but instead they brought out an entirely new meal. I was genuinely impressed by the level of care and hospitality I received today. “This is a very busy Chick fil A m, specially their drive-thru. Parking is very difficult to get in if their drive-thru lane is long, sometimes they make 2 drive-thru lanes using the driving lane and it’s caos. Other than that.. it’s a great restaurant, employees are nice, great customer service and they keep things pretty clean :)“
