“I was visiting from out of town when I came upon this place. There were many gluten-free options for my niece, so we decided to try it. The food was delicious! We had an appetizer and burgers, all very good. The waitstaff was very pleasant and accommodating and we enjoyed the atmosphere. “Amazing hidden gem. The staff treats you like family. Very hearty proportions served. Food comes out quickly, fresh and hot. Very attentive waiters/waitresses. Very impressed by all of their dishes. This is the type of place where if they offer you The Special, you accept it not even knowing what it is.”

“The BBQ gods smiles on this day. We were driving and looking for a new place to try. I saw this place and even though it is a trailer on the side of the road the smell called to us. We tried the brisket, pork belly, ribs, potato salad, baked beans, brisket-biscut, and peach cobbler. Lets start with the negative. the baked beans were OK, but nothing i would do agian. I had high hopes for the potato salad and was a little let down but it was ok. the place is a little hard to find and there are no tables. However, that did not stop us from eating in our car since we were just traveling through. but if you are doing take-out you most likely don't care. With that out of the way . . . . . . . WOW. The brisket was outstanding juicy, moist, great color, good smoke ring, not super fatty but a good crust on the outside. the rub had a good spice but did not overpower the meat. The ribs were just as good, not "fall of the bone" but you don[t want that, you want a little bit of chew to the meat. They had a good smoke ring and great flavor. The brisket-biscut was crispy cloud stuffed with love. I am glad we only got one to try with our group because they are addicting. he peach cobbler was very good. not super sweet but a nice flavor. I saved the best for last. If you have never had smoked pork belly then you have no idea what you are missing this was outstanding with flavor that is making my mouth water as I type this. If I am am ever back in this area agian I am making a point to come back to this spot.”

“Everything we had was wonderful. They were very accommodating with gluten free requests and even had gluten free tempura. I got to enjoy a roll with shrimp tempura, which never happens. The orange chicken was also amazing with a generous serving of chicken and great flavor. Will definitely be back! “Food is delicious. I bring work associates here all the time and they usually come back on their own accord. The King crab is so good, the sausage that comes with the boil is unreal. Everyone loves the fried rice. Close to DFW airport.”

“Super nice experience on a Wednesday night to honor my daughters birthday. I've been here a few times since fish dishes aren't my 1st choice. So I had chicken and fried rice and they were spectacular. We sat at the grill for the floor show which gets loud at times but is fun to watch. My Granddaughter is NOTA fan of the fire display. Service was beyond top notch as none of our party of 6 wanted for anything...ever. The experience is pricy. Our group had a tab of over $160 before the tip. But for occasional gatherings it can't be beat. Just make sure you're prepared for the "landing". This is my daughters favorite restaurant so it was worth it all to see her so happy. The furnishings are a bit dated and besides the hibachi grill I didn't really catch an oriental vibe. But then again, I'm no expert and I was there to enjoy my family's company. Can you really put a grade on that?”
