“Food came out hot and super fast prob came out in 3-5 mins. Got my food before I even put my straw in my drink. Ordered a 3 piece chicken tender combo. Staff was friendly. Restaurant was clean. I'll give you 5 stars except for the noisy high schoolers which is out of your control. Will stop by again.“

Update: I still love this place but the last three times I have asked for extra bell peppers with my salad, they’ve forgotten. So today, at the window, I asked “and are you sure you put the extra bell peppers in there?” And the girl said “Yes!” Annnnnd I got home and don’t have them. Gahhh I know it’s not that important but they used to always get it right and now it just doesn’t happen anymore. I’d be happy to pay extra for it too. I just want the extra peppers for my salad.“

“25SEP26 NOT super today I drove up asked for a medium cup of vanilla soft serve ice cream ,they rang me up as a medium shake then they fixed it but they didn't put soft serve in my cup. They gave me the shake ice cream, probably to save product but they could of just said so I would have not been as disappointed. Question shouldn't a medium cup of vanilla ice cream be charged at the same price as 2 vanilla soft serve dishes.“

“Staff is very friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in. Service is fast and done with care for the customers. Would recommend this location for lunch or dinner. “I live in Euless and this was my first visit to this location. I absolutely will have this location as my favorite (have been going to the Bedford) Mohamed was amazingly friendly and professional! The environment felt like home . Vanessa Jose and magaly were so friendly and nice please please please acknowledge these amazing people! “I want to commend the staff at the Subway on Trinity Boulevard, located inside The Local Shoppe at the Shell station. The team is usually made up of all ladies, and they consistently provide outstanding customer service.
The restaurant is always immaculately clean, and the vegetables are fresh every time I visit. The staff takes their time preparing each order and pays close attention to what you want. They are friendly, patient, and make you feel like a valued customer.
They also do a great job explaining the menu, daily specials, and what comes with each meal. If you’re unsure about something, they are always happy to answer your questions without making you feel rushed.
The excellent customer service, cleanliness, and quality of the food are the reasons I continue coming back. Thank you to this wonderful team for always making my visits enjoyable. Keep up the great work!“

“Everything was good the food that serves in the atmosphere was good the only problem I have is the parking lot is small and fills up too fast on the delivery side where the window is to get your food they should have someone out there directing traffic and it's always a nightmare.
Parking: I was number three on the pickup for food to be finished cooking and brought out“
