We arrive two to three times a week before 3:00 a.m. for orders, and they demonstrate remarkable efficiency. Their organization allows them to handle all requests quickly, and their responsiveness to orders is exceptional. The speed with which they manage each request is outstanding. Staff coordination is a key factor in their success. Their professionalism is reflected in the quality of service. “Picked up family that flew in around midnight and stopped here on the way home. Only two staff running this location at the time and we had a large order. At least 6 combos that we ordered thru the app. We pulled up around the time it said it would be ready which was 10 mins. Didn't think our food would be ready in such a short time. The woman who greeted us thru the speaker was so cheerul and welcoming, we actually thought it was their automated system speaking 😂 anyway she told us to pull up to the window. It took them about 5-10 mins to give us our food,which the lady and gentleman served with a smile and great attitude. Even with a large order, everything was packaged very well, from placing stickers over the straw hole on all of our drinks, to separating every combo in their own bag. Food was tasty and cooked fresh. If I didn't live so far from this location I would definitely come here every time because the jacks around the corner from my home is dreadful. “Employees are pretty friendly. If you want something cooked fresh, they're more than willing to do it. Sometimes when I order food to pick up things are missing.Are they not made correctly. And I don't live close, but I like coming here because most of the time.The food is fresh. Customer service is good. The dining room is always clean.“
