“As a text and that loves her text mix, I have to say I have a new appreciation for Baja style cuisine. I have both Dinh in had it delivered through DoorDash and went in to get it to go. They’re fast efficient and my orders are always correct. Their hot sauce is fantastic. The staff at this location are wonderful very professional and efficient.“
“Food was great! Really great, actually. Atmosphere was very chill and not crazy busy like some other places in Dallas. Though, it was the middle of the week slightly after lunchtime. Very patient and accommodating staff as well. The chips were fresh and delicious, the sandwich was well seasoned and buttered, with the actual meat being soft with the right amount of bite. The fries were great! A little on the thinner side, if that makes a difference for anyone, but they had good flavor with the sauces involved. I was told the lobster bisque was very good, and the Mac n cheese was good. I just couldn't finish it there, but it still tasted pretty good reheated at home! I would highly recommend. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is the prices. I feel restaurants are getting crazy with prices these days, and seafood can be hard to determine what's fair or not, but even still it felt like a lot of money for certain items. I'd go again though! Just can't afford it every day.“
“While pumping gas at the adjoining Shell gas station as you pump gas there's advertisement for 3 tacos for $5.89. I go in and ask for the special advertised at the pump. He repeats you want tacos "I say yes the 3 for $5.89" he prepares the order and rings it up . It's regular price, I ask again about what's advertised he offers me a drink and says it's free. I pay for my food. A employee goes out to the pump and comes back in and says nothing. IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO HONOR YOUR ADVERTISEMENT DON'T ADVERTISE IT !!!“
“Ok, taco lovers, let's talk about Velvet Taco!!! Why has no one recommended Velvet Taco to me? It's amazing. Makes me poetic, each bite was a symphony of flavors meticulously crafted from fresh, ingredients. Every component of these tacos sang with freshness, from succulent meats to crisp vegetables. It was evident that the chefs/ cooks/ prep staff took great pride in their creations, as each taco boasted a unique flavor combination that delighted the palate. One standout was the brisket- wowzah- a fantastic blend of savory flavors that left me craving more. With its commitment to inventive flavor combinations, and welcoming atmosphere, it's a must-visit for any taco aficionado. The fresh guacamole and pleasing margarita were a nice bonus. My only caution is the seating. It is primarily high-tops, which can be problematic with small children, older people, or anyone needing physical assistance. Overall, great eats!! I'd recommend 2 tacos to start, 3 if you're really hungry.“
