“We tried Comal Street Tacos for the first time today. Everything was made to order and FRESH. Location was very clean and the owners are super friendly.

The Al Pastro and Asada tacos were on point. So Good!!

I am very picky when it comes to Tortas. Usually I’m disappointed but Comal Street Tacos sold me with their Torta. Fresh, simple, balanced and flavorful. This is the place I will definitely come to when I don’t feel like making Tortas.

“They have different sauce selections. I loved the Chipotle sauce which is not spicy. Food was delicious but 2 of our meals had the wrong meat. Cashier did read back the order and it was taken correctly. The taco price seemed a little high for me I think it was $4 and some change for each taco. Burritos and other meals range from $11- $16. They had churros which I wish I would have tried. Those were 1-$3.50 6-$19 and 12 for $36. Seemed a little high for me. But I also don't know how big they were to see if they justified for the cost. Overall I will be going back for their Birria Pizza.“

“I do recommend JJ's the food is tasty but....I walked in on a friday after work around 3:30..I always sit at the bar I was shocked to see the whole bar area was dirty and the floor was sticky! I'm a regular at this location on Tarrant Parkway and have always enjoyed the food and the margaritas....I almost turned around and walked out so disappointed! oh, one other thing, when I order food I always have to ask for silverware! I myself have worked in the food industry years ago, I do know the dirty dishes should be picked up when customers are done eating, this helps to keep the area clean even if you are busy which in this case the bar wouldn't be full of dirty dishes and I'm not exaggerating...it was the whole bar area!“

“We have been eating at la Isla for 30 years. Mainly the Park Row and Cooper location and when they moved to Pantene we followed them there. We have sampled the menu widely but I am centered on the tostada de Ceviche for a start. Then the sour cream chicken enchilada plate. We love the rice and beans and I love to put some of the delicious salsa on them. My wife usually gets either the fajitas or the tacos Al carbon. The chips and salsa are great too. Moderately priced as well. Give them a try.“

I have had the opportunity to see his operation from the fire pits in the back, kitchen, and have always been highly impressed with the cleanliness of his facility. That speaks volumes to the importance of not just quality taste, flavor blending of smoke wood meats, but to the importance of food safety. “Even though this evening was a very unexpected experience, I still do recommend the place as it has been really good since they opened not to mention near our home yet it’s unfortunate that you have MANAGERS as MARIA to be left to provide exceptional service at all times ,yet what I got were frozen French fries , cold meat and not to mention it already bothered her that I waited more than long enough for my order in which I originally caught her attitude as she stated I would get my order when it’s ready , immediately my order comes out with frozen fries and cold meat. Overall speaking to her was pointless as she stated there is no way to contact their corporate office so I did contact the Arlington location and they handled my call with the upmost exceptional response . Again not knocking this place down but Maria has no business being in charge or possibly she needs to fix her ugly attitude before trying to manage and run down a great spot ‼️“
