Another local restaurant just a couple of miles from our home - that we've never come to, until today. So many good places in our area but this one ranks at the top of our list now. We stopped in early on a Friday evening. They have a lot of tables in the dining room but it seems popular so get here earlier. Or prepare to wait a little bit. I am not ashamed to be writing this 15 minutes after picking up my lunch but.. the enchiladas will have you dancing like David did before the Lord. I never touch rice or beans when I get enchiladas but they put love into every aspect of their food so my plate was clean. Just finished a fantastic breakfast at Kassandra’s. I had the carne guisada and eggs, added some hashbrowns, and everything was wonderful.
