“Mother's Day was made even more special by choosing this place for lunch. Each lady was met with a rose and quickly shown to the table. The Staff greeted us with a big smile and seemed genuinely happy that we were there. As I had never dined there, I was Pleasantly surprised by the delicious tomatilo salsa! Our whole party loved the meal! I highly suggest the Cuca nachos. It's like potato skins and nachos met for a party!“

I will say that the only downsides is the parking and space available inside. I would definitely consider this a take out only joint during peak hours, and even then waiting for your order is a little cramped as the tables are all taken and there’s limited standing room.

While the space available inside can’t be helped due to their location, there is additional parking up the street running next to the establishment that’s considerably easier/safer to access and easier to come by. (Vine St. I think?)

The food is great, while I prefer other similar joints for lunch, this one is excels and possibly outperforms the others in terms of breakfast dishes.

Pictured is the migas plate to go, which I highly recommend for breakfast, put the salsa on it!

Any of the tortas are an incredible pick for lunch, you can’t go wrong with any of them!

“Kassandra’s Mexican Kitchen – A Delicious Find

We tried Kassandra’s Mexican Kitchen and absolutely loved it. From the moment we sat down, the chips and salsa were fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and the kind you keep reaching for even when you know your meal is coming soon.

I ordered the Carnitas La Mexicana, and it was delicious. The carnitas were tender and flavorful, with just the right balance of seasoning. Every bite was satisfying and clearly made with care.

My Sweetie ordered the Migas, and he really enjoyed them as well. Everything on the plate was well prepared and full of flavor.

Overall, the whole meal was great. Good food, great flavors, and one of those places you leave thinking, “Yep, we’ll definitely be coming back.“

We were so excited when we learned that they had reopened here in Keller.Their food is still authentic and delicious. Our 3 grandchildren grew up eating at their restaurant. “My favorite Mexican fast food! It's like going back in a time machine 40 or more years ago and going to Taco Bell, back when it was awesome. They do not skimp on the cheese here, ever. Everything is good. I have a hard time deciding what to get it's so good. Chiladas and Super Burritos are pretty bomb though. Always fast and friendly too.“
