“Mother's Day was made even more special by choosing this place for lunch. Each lady was met with a rose and quickly shown to the table. The Staff greeted us with a big smile and seemed genuinely happy that we were there. As I had never dined there, I was Pleasantly surprised by the delicious tomatilo salsa! Our whole party loved the meal! I highly suggest the Cuca nachos. It's like potato skins and nachos met for a party!“

We tried Kassandra’s Mexican Kitchen and absolutely loved it. From the moment we sat down, the chips and salsa were fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and the kind you keep reaching for even when you know your meal is coming soon.

I ordered the Carnitas La Mexicana, and it was delicious. The carnitas were tender and flavorful, with just the right balance of seasoning. Every bite was satisfying and clearly made with care.

My Sweetie ordered the Migas, and he really enjoyed them as well. Everything on the plate was well prepared and full of flavor.

Overall, the whole meal was great. Good food, great flavors, and one of those places you leave thinking, “Yep, we’ll definitely be coming back.“

“I’ve been coming to Sea Siam for years, and one thing that never changes is the quality. The food is consistently excellent, portions are generous, and the service is always outstanding. In my opinion, they have some of the best Thai food in the area.

He took our order promptly, kept our drinks refilled without us even having to ask, and impressively managed the entire place on his own. We were truly impressed by his exceptional service!“

I will say that the only downsides is the parking and space available inside. I would definitely consider this a take out only joint during peak hours, and even then waiting for your order is a little cramped as the tables are all taken and there’s limited standing room.

While the space available inside can’t be helped due to their location, there is additional parking up the street running next to the establishment that’s considerably easier/safer to access and easier to come by. (Vine St. I think?)

The food is great, while I prefer other similar joints for lunch, this one is excels and possibly outperforms the others in terms of breakfast dishes.

Pictured is the migas plate to go, which I highly recommend for breakfast, put the salsa on it!

Any of the tortas are an incredible pick for lunch, you can’t go wrong with any of them!

We ate there very frequently but all the sudden one of the waiters decided to start making a big deal over my 76 year old mother ordering off the kids menu since they don't have a senior menu, and for my 2 kids ordering off the kids menu. They're 12 & 13. The age was no where on their menus or website. After they started to make a problem out of it we pointed out that nowhere was an age listed on anything so they wrote it on marker on their menus. Strange hill to choose to battle on, that you'd rather give up customers that ate there 1-2 times a week over the ages on kids meals. It's kind of ridiculous. Ive never seen a restaurant care. Either way, that was it for us. The kids were really upset. They loved going there.“

Not on the menu online but it exists and it rocks! Very cool atmosphere. They have a small bar with several TVs so you can catch your game. They usually have some music playing which I like while I have a cold draft beer and enjoy the food with my wife and elementary aged kids. When my wife sends me to pickup a pizza I order when I get there, sit at the bar, enjoy a cold one or two, then get my pie and head home. We are lucky to have this gem in our neighborhood!“

Really dont like that when you have a nice person behind the counter watching to see the tip. I am starting to patronize those establishments less now for that reason. “My family and I ate here for a special graduation event and I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant! Family friendly, great food, and soooo personable! They don’t make you feel like a herd of cattle getting you in and out fast. They truly really care about your experience while you are eating. Very attentive to fill your drink cups, and replenish rolls. We never go out to eat and live down in Alvarado and my husband said he would definately drive up to eat there again. And he is half Italian that comes from a family that is pretty picky when it comes to Italian food. Great experience and I highly recommend it! 5 stars!“

The poor women looked so drained and kept avoiding making eye contact. The owner listened patiently and was so sincere.
