Wes and his dad were the most genuine people. We ate here 3 days in a row it was so delicious. The burgers, burnt ends ans pulled pork sandwiches were the best Ive had. If you have room for dessert, the peach cobbler is the way to go.“

“My wife and I both had dinner here Saturday. This was the second time we had been there. We both very much enjoyed our meals there. My wife and the chicken cacciatore and I had the pasta trio. The chicken was fresh and cooked perfectly. My pasta was al dente with great tasty marinara sauce and masorella cheese. “I have driven to the Hulen St. Unrefined location for 4 years to order my nephews’s special corn and gluten free vanilla cake with strawberry frosting for his birthday. My sister told me Cookies, Crust and Crumb bakery was now owned by Unrefined and it was in Hurst and much closer for me. Ordering was a breeze and the cake was the best one we’ve had. They said they quoted me a much lower price than normal and would honor that price. I wear hearing aids so didn’t hear the price quoted and told her I was prepared to pay the correct price and she insisted I should only pay what she quoted. I was very pleased with the service and the cake got rave reviews from all who ate it even our server at our restaurant celebration raved about the cake. We should have picked up cards from the bakery to hand out! Great experience all around. Highly recommend.“

“FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!! We came here tonight for my kids birthday party. She's quite shy but we still wanted to have the goofy birthday experience that we had growing up (coming to Joe's Crab shack for birthday celebrations has become a tradition in our family). Well, they sure did it! Our server, Jose, was amazing, friendly, checked on us often, made sure we had what we needed, and answered all our questions with a smile. He made us feel super welcome and well taken care of. I wish we could have tipped him more. Then a whole bunch of crew members came out to do the birthday celebration with our kid, who was thoroughly entertained & embarrassed, as we had wanted, haha. And the food was stellar, which has always been the case in the past when we came here so I expected nothing less. Overall this was a fantastic pending to an important birthday and left our whole family feeling wonderful. 10/10, highly recommend, and thank you so much to Jose and the amazing crew of this Joe's Crab Shack! Sidenote: Every time we go here we always get the Great Balls of Fire, the painted crab dessert and the "Shark Nibble" drink, all of which are 100% worth getting every time. The dessert and the drink are a huge crowd pleaser with the kids. They're super cute and fun, very affordably priced, and something we personally haven't seen at any other restaurant.“

Service is prompt without hovering and it's subdued enough you can have a conversation without having to shout across the table.
