“Went here today for my parents 41st Anniversary dinner. Not only was the food amazing, but the entire experience was wonderful! The hostess showed us all of the specials and explained each one, the waiter Michael was extremely attentive and provided amazing service. The manager came over to introduce herself as well and even made our dessert at the table. My wife says the Gnocchi is the best she’s ever had! The steak is better than any other steakhouse in the area! Beyond all of this, my mother is handicap and uses a walker. At the end of our night Michael walked us out and held the door open for us. “My husband and I gave this place one last try last night (we have had either bad/slow service or not-so-great food the last several times we came) but we love the variety of the menu and had our first date here, so like I said, we agreed one last chance before we pick a new date night spot. “We ordered an 8" round red velvet cake for my son's 40th birthday on a short 2-day notice and said they didn't need to do anything fancy with the icing. I spoke with Sharon when I placed the order, and she was very helpful and kind. She said they would get it done with no problem; it was quite a relief. The day I picked it up, the staff was friendly, and the store was clean and cute. We were so pleased with the way it looked; they added extra touches to the icing. Everyone loved the cake; it was delicious and very moist. Next time, we may need a bigger cake. :-) We will be buying all of our (Fort Worth family) cakes from Creative Memories from now on and will definitely be recommending them.
