“As soon as you walk in the smell will make you hungry. I got the lamb plate with brown rice and chickpeas and it was delicious. The lamb was cooked just right and was not stringy. Takes 15 minutes so ordering on the website is a great idea. Definitely will be back.“
“Needed fajitas for a group of 10, and the nearby El Fenix makes it impossible to complete such an order. I had been to a Fajita Pete's before but never for takeout. Found that ordering was very easy, the staff very accommodating and the food exceptional. Definitely will be my go-to in the future. This location is take out only, but that's what I need most of the time“
“UPDATE: we had such a wonderful experience today(3/14/2024). Namitah found out that I LOVE their Gulab Jamun and we found out that’s only in their buffet menu on Fridays ( makes sense since we used to go very often for our lunch date on Fridays) and she brought us some!!!Not only that, she was VERY welcoming from the moment we walked in ( greeted us with a smile in her face) and helped us immediately!!!!! “Jason's deli never fails. I would have given the service five stars but the manager was discussing something with an employee and did not keep an eye on the counter. I had to go back up to request something and it took them a few minutes to turn to address me. I guess I could have said something but since they were discussing business and not having a leisurely conversation I really didn't mind waiting.“
“This place is amazing. I was recommended by some locals and I was impressed. Its authentic and boy do the people love this place. We ordered in person and had to wait about 20-25 mins for our food, so next time I will be ordering online. We were not upset at all though bc they have tons of online orders coming in and were working diligently to get these out to us. While we were waiting, a man who appeared to be the owner came out and started offering free food samples to the customers waiting for their food. A man said he was fasting and he even offered to box up a sample for him to eat later. Amazing food, amazing service. Will definitely be back. “I thought it was rather expensive. Healthy food tends to be. But, it was scrumptious. Plus the serving portions were generous. I would have passed on the carrot cake had I known the price however. If the prices were marked on the menu, I did not see them. I had a curry salmon bowl. I loved it. I also loved the quinoa & rice. Also the veggies with brussel sprouts were very tasty. The small piece of carrot cake was yummy. But like I said, had I known the price of it I would have passed. All in all, it was the best lunch I've had in quite some time. I can't wait to return. “Amazing kind staff! Super helpful with menu and nailed the order with no issues. We are plant based cheese bread twist and 2 pizzas with the pizza brownie and wow. Every single item left me coming back for more. The bbq chicken pizza. Wow! Crust was great. Flavor was crazy. Only knocked I’d have is they could be a little less heavy with the dairy free cheese but that I know is a preference. Everything was executed so beautifully.Very clean bathrooms and restaurant. “I'm here at least 4-5 days a week. The staff is always friendly and professional. The employees have even put forth the effort to remembering what I order. Not typical for a lot of places I visit. Everyday is a great experience and whenever there is a minor issue it's resolved quickly. I appreciate every employee here. I left my wallet earlier this week and the manager and staff at the time made sure I received my wallet and everything in it.“
“I tried a Mi Cocina about a month ago in a different area of the metroplex, and got the Milo, which is 2 enchiladas and a taco. The enchiladas were good, but then I tried the taco, and it was "The best taco I have ever had"!So I had lunch today at this Mi Cocina and all I could think about was that taco from a month ago. I had to find out if it was a fluke or not. So I asked the guy if I could just have 3 beef tacos. "Of course" he said.Now keep in mind that these are not any kind of "special" tacos, like brisket, fish or 'street tacos', just your basic Americano beef tacos.But again! These were the best tacos I have ever had! Packed with beef and every ingredient was of the best quality. And the queso is pretty darn good to.My only concern with my visit... Premium tacos evidently come with a premium price. But you get what you pay for!“
