“I dined at the Mi Cocina on MacArthur, and the customer service was top tier!!!!!! I wore a complicated outfit and the nice female manager assisted me in the bathroom with my clothes and engaged me in conversation, and she ensured that my dining experience was amazing!!!!! Now that is customer service!!!!!!! The food was amazing, the server was fast and friendly. I came all the way from Virginia to eat at MiCocina since I had it years ago, and I will definitely be back!!!!!!“

“Good Evening Snappy Salad Dream Team, I would like you to know that I received Exceptional customer service today although I was being totally unreasonable (Trust me I was a total A-hole for 0 reason) ***well I thought I ordered my salad online, big avocado grill salad with salmon and shrimp, and checked out as a guest but apparently I didn’t properly complete my online order ** To tell you the truth, I seriously don’t know what happened but one thing is for certain that these ladies, working at Las Colinas Snappy Salad, are extremely kind and have a heart of Gold even though I threw a total tantrum** Well 1st I got upset with the lady not receiving my NONE complete online order, 2nd I decided to become upset with the lady tossing my salad for not asking me what size I wanted, FYI I lied and said that had visited Snappy Salad before to the 1st girl who didn’t receive NONE complete online order and who also asked me if I hadn’t visited she would like to explain how she could best serve me. The thing is that if you don’t let people know how they can best serve you you’re not going to get what you want** And so I decided to act as if her changing my salad from small to large wasn’t something fixable** but no I wanted to be upset and so I proceeded to complain to the lady ringing me up, which probably was the manager, and stated how upset I was that no one received my order, keep in mind this is my NONE complete online order I’m still fussing about, and no one asked me what size salad I wanted***in the end I was given a FREE salad and felt completely stupid, selfish and embarrassing acting like a BIG Brat this evening**with that being said, I would like to publicly apologize to the entire staff of Snappy Salads in Las Colinas for being such a pain to you all and I would like to thank you all for being exceptionally kind to me even when I was being extremely unreasonable to you all. I am so embarrassed about my attitude and will probably not visit again but if I do I’ll probably send someone else in to get my food or wear a crazy looking wig in hopes of no one recognizing the CRAZY lady ( me). Please give these ladies the recognition they deserve *** I am extremely proud of your team and how they handle customers; even when I wasn’t kind. They deserve a standing ovation for being part of the Snappy Salad Dream Team!“
