“I tried a Mi Cocina about a month ago in a different area of the metroplex, and got the Milo, which is 2 enchiladas and a taco. The enchiladas were good, but then I tried the taco, and it was "The best taco I have ever had"!So I had lunch today at this Mi Cocina and all I could think about was that taco from a month ago. I had to find out if it was a fluke or not. So I asked the guy if I could just have 3 beef tacos. "Of course" he said.Now keep in mind that these are not any kind of "special" tacos, like brisket, fish or 'street tacos', just your basic Americano beef tacos.But again! These were the best tacos I have ever had! Packed with beef and every ingredient was of the best quality. And the queso is pretty darn good to.My only concern with my visit... Premium tacos evidently come with a premium price. But you get what you pay for!“

“I thought i would go to an avervage dinner night WRONG,...i walked into a smell of delicious food, clean tables all around, smiles and a friendly staff...the menu had something for everyone and a price point unheard of for the qualitly of the food i received.Everything was made fresh in front of me.Tender seafood, i had a thick tastey homeade salsa, the best perfectly cooked fried seafood not oily at all perfect batter combo. Street tacos were like being back in cozumel, and spicy pinto beans to die for. They even customized food for a preference not listed on the menu.Please do yourself a favor and dont waste your time or money on another bad service or mediocre food at applebees or chilis on beltline.... This is the ABSOLUTE BEST FOOD i have had in irving, Tx in years. “Needed fajitas for a group of 10, and the nearby El Fenix makes it impossible to complete such an order. I had been to a Fajita Pete's before but never for takeout. Found that ordering was very easy, the staff very accommodating and the food exceptional. Definitely will be my go-to in the future. This location is take out only, but that's what I need most of the time“
“Taco Tuesday was an excellent deal, $2 tacos. Ingredients were delicious, green salsa was just right and the speed of creation was incredible. “Very authentic quality Mexican food. Every meat choice was juicy and tender. They give you a great amount of diced onions and cilantro and their salsa verde pairs well with everything, while still being mild on the spicy meter. Also close to the airport and very well priced.“
“They were very understaffed when I got there. I waited 10 minutes to order an no one ever came to the register. I eventually ordered food at the bar. The bartender was very nice and helpful. They messed up my order but they did correct it, so I was still happy. I come every month with a large group of my work customers. The one thing I do not like is how small their parking lot is.“

She was sweeping restocking working, while four coworkers mingled at the bar. Kitchen was the area where all meet. I can hear everything they said, even when someone said to another coworker to shut up. Music was average. Food tasty delivered hot, again thanks to Cristina! Great job.“
