“Came for Karaoke Night Friday 6/5. It was fun and lively. We ordered the Margarita flight that one waitress recommended and she knew EXACTLY what she was talking about! It tasted so good and I swear I took flight 😂 right up on that stage and sang my heart out. I lost my mom 2 years ago this month and THIS really helped me through this hard time. The atmosphere was very welcoming. There are 2 unisex restrooms conveniently located next to the bar, both clean. The tacos were delicious. The Carne Asada, Brisket, and chicken were very tender. “We have been eating at la Isla for 30 years. Mainly the Park Row and Cooper location and when they moved to Pantene we followed them there. We have sampled the menu widely but I am centered on the tostada de Ceviche for a start. Then the sour cream chicken enchilada plate. We love the rice and beans and I love to put some of the delicious salsa on them. My wife usually gets either the fajitas or the tacos Al carbon. The chips and salsa are great too. Moderately priced as well. Give them a try.“

OMG!! My waitress Julia was à beautiful young lady as SWEET as could be. the food was great. To say it was Much better service & Atmosphere. “We went to Bigotes, because of recommendations in this group. I ordered a taco plate, and customized my order with a barbacoa, shrimp, and fish (tilapia) tacos with refried beans and rice. My love got the large chicken quesadilla plate, 2 soft beef tacos and rice.

We spoke with Jerry and he was friendly, as was our waitress. Everything is made in-house, and I think we’ve found our new Tex-Mex spot.“

A huge thank you to Alfonso, the General Manager, who went above and beyond to accommodate our large party, even though the restaurant wasn't originally set up to handle a group of our size. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to make it work meant so much to us.

Our servers, Kiera, Yessica, and Londyn, were absolutely AMAZING! They were friendly, attentive, organized, and handled our large group with smiles the entire time. Orders were taken efficiently, drinks stayed filled, and everyone felt well taken care of. Coordinating service for 45 people is no easy task, but they made it look effortless.

Thank you to the entire Chuy's team for helping make our celebration so special. We truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and hospitality. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this location for anyone looking for great food and even better service!“

“We stayed for the weekend at the Gaylord Texan as an anniversary trip and our daughter and son in law met us for dinner at the Cantina, just because it's so convenient to eat on property. I was expecting it to be overpriced and underwhelming, but actually, the prices are about average for a more formal Mexican restaurant (as opposed to a small family owned neighborhood tacqueria) perhaps a few dollars more than some places, but not too much. And the food was really delicious, I had taquitos and they were very good. I wasn't even very hungry and didn't think I'd eat it all but I did and was miserably full afterwards, lol. The service was extremely friendly and timely. The atmosphere is of course, very fun in the big dome at the Texan. The salsa is very tasty but it is served warm for some reason and my husband didn't care for that. It's not available chilled. That's not good or bad just a preference. I ordered a coconut margarita and it was very good. For the hassle of having to leave the parking lot and drive into town, unless you have a really really special restaurant, I don't see that it's worth the extra effort, because unlike many reviews I've read I didn't find the prices to be outrageous and the quality was as good as most Mexican joints I've been to and better than many. Recommended if you are trying to have a relaxing stay with minimum hassles. The staff at this Bonvoy location was all outstanding and helpful and it was very refreshing to have my expectations exceeded instead of being disappointed as happens so often these days. I don't mind giving people my money but I'd like to get what I paid for at least, and I feel that we did.“

“We’ve been coming to this chilis location for over ten years now. We’ve tried other chilis locations and nothing beats the cooper street location. From
the moment you walk in you’re greeted with a smile from the host . We’ve been lucky to get our new favorite server Brandon for a while now and he’s always spot on and attentive to our tables needs. We will definitely continue to ask to be seated in his section. On our visit we did three kids tenders , an adult tender and for myself the 10.99 menu which comes with a tea , I picked mango tea , and for my appetizer enchilada soup. I’ve been ordering the chicken sandwich which is always so good but this visit I tried the burger with everything on it . Either way can’t beat 10.99 for a meal, app and entree! The Staff greeted us with a big smile and seemed genuinely happy that we were there. As I had never dined there, I was Pleasantly surprised by the delicious tomatilo salsa!
