First time to visit and was overwhelmed by the amout of choices i was able to customize my burrito. With the help of Manager Meghan I ordered a Birria Burrito, best choice ever. It was sooo good. I was also impressed how clean and friendly the staff was. Thank you Meghan for making my experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back.
First time coming, it's truly not all that, was told it was better than chipotle, but I beg to differ, the portion sizes that they put in a bowl is the same as chipotle on Central which is a rip off for the price they are charging. It looked like a child's plate. The meat was too salty by itself, ok with the whole bowl. I will try another Freebirds, but if it's the same I will go back to my chipotle in Hurst, way way better. This was my 1st time eating at any Freebirds. The people at this location were very nice and personable. The place was very clean too.I gave 5 stars for everything but food; which I would've given 4.5 instead of 4 if able. The food wasn't bad it was just kinda bland. With all the hype I've heard about them being better that Chipotle; I really couldn't find a difference in flavors. Freebirds does offer more variety of dishes but the ingredients and flavors are the same.
