I arrived at approximately 11:30, and the location wasn't busy. There was no line to wait in. HOWEVER, the employees were lacking off while food in line was messy, and most ingredient options were near empty. I can not cook for myself because of my handicap. Therefore, I put trust in restaurants to cook for me. Have always enjoyed freebirds before. This time, the service was bad, and the food was so cold. I couldn't enjoy it. The dogs had my 12$ lunch, and they didn't like it either. 2 dogs said no thank you and walked away.That speaks volumes to me.Your food and service do not measure up to your price increase.Do better or give up. ?Fast food industries are dying daily and this is why.

The menu is comparable to Chipotle, but with much better customer service and employee attitude. I’ve noticed this at every Freebirds location that I’ve dined at. A very pleasant place to eat at.

I came here on 4/4/24. Service was so great 5 days later I was reminded to come back and leave a review. I showed up 30 mins before closing so I was hesitant. I will say though that the staff working that evening/night was excellent and very welcoming. You guys are the BOMB! I was very astonished by the service. I usually go to the Arlington Highlands location which was some years ago but this is my new spot from now on, thank you to the team who left the great impression that my memory didn’t let me forget.

Before I moved to Hurst, Freebird's was my favorite. In three years of trying I have had zero good experiences at the Hurst location. Food quality=poor. Altittude=worse than poor somehow. I'm done.

I was excited to try the vegan chorizo burrito only to find a long red curly hair sticking out of it. Absolutely disgusting!! Will never eat from the location next to Northeast Mall again.
Always really good and fresh everytime I come here make sure to tip them!!

This was my 1st time eating at any Freebirds. The people at this location were very nice and personable. The place was very clean too.I gave 5 stars for everything but food; which I would've given 4.5 instead of 4 if able. The food wasn't bad it was just kinda bland. With all the hype I've heard about them being better that Chipotle; I really couldn't find a difference in flavors. Freebirds does offer more variety of dishes but the ingredients and flavors are the same.
We went into the restaurant, and the women's bathroom was out of order, so my wife had to use the men's room. The facility was dirty, and the food prep area was covered in food. We decided not to eat at this location. This is the 2nd Freebirds we have left because of the store being nasty. We won't go back into another one.
