“The food was excellent upon my eating at Abuelo's yesterday. The plate was hot and the Chili Relleno keeps me coming back to this restaurant. The server who waited on my table was name Monica! “This place has delicious eats. BUT, my husband went by there after work to grab 3 burritos and 2 tiny soft tacos, and it was over $50!! I know everybody’s trying to make a living, and I’m all about supporting local businesses, but we’re also trying to live out here. We would go by there a couple times a week if it was about half that price for some burritos and tacos. Hopefully there’s enough people in Hurst the mid cities willing to pay that to keep this place open. I hate to see local businesses fail!“

“I love this place. For anyone who has had a negative experience here I would suggest that you give them another try because I can guarantee you that bad experienced here are few and far between. Not only is food always super fresh and delicious but the portions are very generous. Especially the burritos. Their chili relleno burrito is the best and biggest burrito that I’ve ever had and it’s only 4.50. You could buy nothing but two burritos and feed a family of four. I also love that they stay open so late. I happen to be out and about late tonight and around 11 pm I had a serious craving for good TexMex and this place didn’t disappoint. I had the giant chili relleno burrito and I also got nachos with a side of rice and beans and it’s enough for a few meals but I couldn’t make up my mind and have plenty of yummy leftovers. I topped it off with a large horchata and it just made my night. I plan to continue to eat here and I tell everyone that I know in the area about it all of the time.“

“Came for Karaoke Night Friday 6/5. It was fun and lively. We ordered the Margarita flight that one waitress recommended and she knew EXACTLY what she was talking about! It tasted so good and I swear I took flight 😂 right up on that stage and sang my heart out. I lost my mom 2 years ago this month and THIS really helped me through this hard time. The atmosphere was very welcoming. There are 2 unisex restrooms conveniently located next to the bar, both clean. The tacos were delicious. The Carne Asada, Brisket, and chicken were very tender. The service was a bit slow but otherwise fine. The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and upbeat. Definitely recommend for anyone. Check out their Facebook page!“

“I lovedddd this place my husband and I went to another place for the same thing because we walked out of the other place for not serving fresh food BUT this place right here made our day so much better the food was sooooooo good the setting and the food presentation was perfect come here it’s so worth it!!! Yall ladies made my day better ❤️“

“I can here for a queso crunchy double chicken bowl. There combination of overhead music, loud kitchen, and a fast but quiet speaking cashier meant it took a little bit to get the order across. Also I wanted the red salsa which I always remember getting at a salsa bar but they don't have the salsa bar here, even though you can tell where it's supposed to be. The same combination of noise and communication means I gave up on trying to get it, I wound up getting some super spicy picante sauce instead. Oddly enough the next customer was handled by another cashier and I could hear and understand her from my seat 25 feet away. Also there's only one napkin dispenser and they keep it almost behind the counter. I understand wanting to control costs but there's not going to be any customers if you treat them all like they can't be trusted to even get a napkin or some salsa.

“They have different sauce selections. I loved the Chipotle sauce which is not spicy. Food was delicious but 2 of our meals had the wrong meat. Cashier did read back the order and it was taken correctly. The taco price seemed a little high for me I think it was $4 and some change for each taco. Burritos and other meals range from $11- $16. They had churros which I wish I would have tried. Those were 1-$3.50 6-$19 and 12 for $36. Seemed a little high for me. But I also don't know how big they were to see if they justified for the cost. Overall I will be going back for their Birria Pizza.“

“We come here all the time and everyone is always so nice and sweet but Hannah especially showed she truly loves what she does and it made our experience a whole lot better.
