Order was incorrect but Nicholas went above and beyond to get everything right and made fast too. I appreciate hard work and good effort and with a smile on his face he delivers. Completely defused the situation. 10 outta 10 for Nicholas.
Nah the fact that I came into the store and they all just ignored me and stared at me at the register till I finally order on the kiosk so they didn't have to interact with a customer is crazy...
