“It was alright. We had a large group, and it was super crowded so service wasn't that great. I ordered a simple quesadilla, and it was tasty, but super greasy. The queso was awesome and the chips were on point. Overall it was pretty good!Vegetarian options: Basically a couple weird vegetable dishes and a quesadilla. I think you could modify other dishes to exclude meat, but their up-front options are not appetizing at least to meKid-friendliness: Don't bring kids, it's very cramped. Outside would probably be alright.“
“Large tour group arrived for dinner. We were welcomed and quickly seated. Drinks were ordered and served. Dinner orders were individual checks, no problem. We had the tortilla soup and it was wonderful. Others had a variety of dishes that were generous portions. Not one complaint was heard. Our waiter was Daniel and he did a great job.If you live any where near Grapevine TX or visiting the area stop in for a great meal.“
“This is one of the best restaurants for Mexican food. This was my first time here at this restaurant. I would totally come back again after eating their food. I couldn't stop eating their chip and salsa. It was so crispy and provided great salsas. The chip was unlimited. As the bowl was gone, they had already filled the bowl with new chips. I got the classic TacoSalad. It was so good, the flavor was so rich and savory from sausce.Parking: There are ton of space or spots.“
“Stopped by because we were in the area and the brunch menu sounded interesting. Dishes we got were the tacos, quesadilla, BLT and churro french toast.I'll start with the chips and salsa. The chips were lightly salted, which I appreciate since almost nobody does that. The salsa was tasty and fresh. We also got some queso, which was amazing with the chips. Most everyone enjoyed their dishes well enough. The only odd one was the french toast. I loved the toast itself. Basically, french toast with corn flake crumbs on it, so it gets a little crunch. Nice. The beef I has was calling it churro french toast and there being no cinnamon or sugar on it. Instead the toast is piled up and a strawberry/cream cheese glaze put on top. Reviewing the menu after the fact, it does appear that the toast should have had cinnamon and sugar and that was apparently forgotten in my case. Shame, because it really would have made the dish. The server did offer more sauce when the toast was put in front of me, which was a nice gesture, though mostly unneeded, because it would have been a lot.“
“I've driven by here many times, but never stopped before. I have been missing out! The restaurant is beautiful, the food was delicious, and the service was great. There are lots of options at different price points so there is something for everyone. Highly recommend.“
“Excellent food and service as usual. I'm glad this hometown favorite is still as good as it was 16 years ago when my family and I used to live here. They have accommodated their menu to the changing times and that is the absolute most important thing any small business can do , in my opinion.“
“The food was absolutely delicious. I got the cheese enchiladas that had beef fajita on top. There was a mistake in my order but, I think more important than a mistake is how the staff deals with it, and they very quickly and politely corrected it. I went for dinner on a weekday, the vibe seems to match the food and I really liked it. It has a very beautiful fountain at the entryway, perfect for pictures. I think if you went on the weekend it would be a hotspot.“
“Absolutely the best tacos around. From their breakfast tacos, burritos or quesadillas, to their lunch/dinner menu. Completely authentic and home cooked flavors, skillfully served up by the nicest people. We have unexpectedly become regulars here and can’t say enough about how great they are.“
“The DFW area is home to some absolutely outstanding Tex Mex restaurants. Moreover, gas stations all over the metroplex have some of the most authentic legit Mexican food you could ever want. But sometimes, you want a certain vibe that is neither of those. A vibe that a certain sonorous "Fourth Meal" chain used to embody, but has now become a clanging gong of French fried potatoes, industrial-grade nacho cheese sauce, and a variety of Mountain Dew options. If you're like me and you miss the pure and unadulterated experience of tortilla-meat-beans-and-cheese in every imaginable permutation, then Taco Casa is for you! Imagine that other "Taco" fast food joint at its absolute late-80s magnificent peak, and you'll be exactly spot-on: giant crunchy tacos chock full of meat, cheese, lettuce and tomato; a big ol' massive Super Tostada with all the fixins, a burrito smothered in sauce and cheese with black olives on top, burritos, soft tacos, and just a few other, non-gimmicky options all await you.If you've never been, don't wait -- just go, and enjoy a certain level of bliss that you might not even know you needed.“
“I absolutely love Freebirds! And I say it is better than Chipotle…. So many options to choose from everything is always delicious fresh and the staff is awesome and they’re very fast and efficient.Parking: This location is easy to get in and out.Kid-friendliness: They have kids items on the menu.“
“My family stopped here while traveling. The food was good. My husband enjoyed the fish tacos. Our children dined on chicken strips and fries, and the other Mexican rice and beef taco plus queso. The children ate well and enjoyed their food and definitely loved the queso. My FIL enjoyed steak tacos and beans and rice. We also ordered the ceviche it was a tad fishy for our personal preference. Over all the meal was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating.“
“Good food fast service. Not sure about this guy's review from a year ago saying he worked at taco bell when he was 15. I also used to work at taco bell and all the meat comes pre cooked in bags just has to be warmed up in water. Same thing with Lettuce etc it comes pre shredded/cut and bagged.“
“Just found my new go to spot! Stumbled across this place on accident and so happy to have done so. Immediately noticed the home cooking/hole in the wall vibes and I’ve always loved that. We tried the carnitas, beef fajita and pastor tacos along with a cheese and chicharrón con queso pupusas. 10/10 will definitely be back for the menudo and posole on the weekends.“
“As a text and that loves her text mix, I have to say I have a new appreciation for Baja style cuisine. I have both Dinh in had it delivered through DoorDash and went in to get it to go. They’re fast efficient and my orders are always correct. Their hot sauce is fantastic. The staff at this location are wonderful very professional and efficient.“
“Food is so great!! We go to the Arlington location more often, but this one was equally delicious and great. Cool atmosphere and every employee was super friendly. Get your tacos here!!!Wheelchair accessibility: My daughter is in a wheelchair and the entire property is ADA compliant.“
“One of the best locations here in the area, food quality on point and service is great. I tried the location 7 min from here on Ira woods rd and didn't like the food taste or service ?. Totally recommend this location for lunch time !“
“One of the best Mexican spots in DFW. The tamales are so good here. I had a pork, beef & black bean tamale. All so good. Food comes out really fast too.The chocolate tamale was my favorite. One of the best chocolate desserts I’ve tried. Such a rich, chocolatey taste + the apple cinnamon tamale was also amazing. The refried beans are so hot and taste really good!Don’t skip dessert tamales here! I will definitely be returning a second time.Pictured is the chocolate and apple cinnamon tamale.“
