Kyle was super! The food is so good
We had an incredible experience at Chuy's while celebrating my son Matthew's 13th birthday with a group of 45 guests.
A huge thank you to Alfonso, the General Manager, who went above and beyond to accommodate our large party, even though the restaurant wasn't originally set up to handle a group of our size. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to make it work meant so much to us.

Chuy's is a restaurant known for its fun atmosphere and great leadership. The decor and lighting create a unique jungle-like ambiance. Vegetarian options are available, with the veggie enchiladas being a standout. Service is generally friendly and attentive, with online check-in available. However, there have been reports of inconsistent speed of service, with some customers waiting up to an hour to be seated.
The food is described as "fancy" Tex-Mex at Whataburger-comparable prices. The enchiladas and salsa have received positive feedback, while the sauce on the enchiladas has been compared to canned chili by some. The salsa has a mild spice level, with jalapeño seeds present. Chips are described as fresh and crunchy. The creamy jalapeño green sauce is a must-try and is free upon request.
Customers have had a great experience at the Arlington location, with the bartender Jenn providing excellent service and a fun atmosphere, despite some issues with the manager. Overall, Chuy's offers a unique and enjoyable dining experience, with variations in service speed and personal preferences in food taste.
