It was my first time visiting a frozen yogurt shop where you don't build your own cup. While I loved the variety of topping options, the yogurt itself had a bittersweet flavor that wasn't really my favorite. On the bright side, the space is super clean, cozy, and cute.
First time here and very satisfied! Very welcoming
manager is so sweet! amazing service ❤ and all the toppings are so flavorful

Pinkberry is a popular frozen yogurt destination that offers a wide variety of options to cater to different tastes and dietary needs. The yogurt is praised for its perfect balance of sweetness and tartness, and the fresh fruit toppings are chopped into bite-sized pieces. The menu includes dairy-free and coconut milk-based yogurt options, making it a suitable choice for vegetarians and lactose-intolerant individuals. Customers appreciate the ability to customize their orders and the convenience of being able to take their yogurt to go, with the added bonus of a complimentary ice pack. Many customers enjoy their plain tart flavor, describing it as delicious, tangy, and refreshing. The store also offers delivery, making it easier to enjoy favorites without leaving home, and the pricing remains consistent. Staff are often described as inviting, quick-paced, and helpful, especially to new customers. They serve up medium yogurts with a bag of ice to keep them cool, which customers find impressive. However, some recent visits have experienced inconsistent service, with reports of rude and unprofessional staff behavior, leading some customers to reconsider returning. Despite this, many still have great experiences with friendly service and tasty yogurt.
