I am known as OG & I am an 'older lady' (66 going on 26) who loves, Loves, LOVES shooting pool & dancing to the music!! I felt accepted & loved immediately!! I'm in heaven right now with the good music, playing pool with Tanner & Brooke & having a GREAT TIME!!!! No judging here. You are our people when you walk thru the door!! Sheet can get a little crazy as the day's end approaches & as the booze rolls on but WTF, love it or leave it! We come to chill, playing games, converse, dance to the music, just let it all hang out, de-stress & have a good time!! NO one allowed to drive home drunk. Ain't happening, love y'all too much!! “If you are looking for a Dive Bar then this is the definition of a Dive Bar. Like I'm surprised there isn't a picture of the Sunshine in a dictionary somewhere. Truly one of the best hangout spots in the DFW metroplex. It's a place to come relax, have some interesting conversations, have some cold drinks, listen to some good tunes, and just be treated like if you are at home. The service is top notch, you will probably never find another bartender like Val in the world, shes sweet, bubbly, kind to everyone, like a true staple of the Sunshine. I should know I've been going there since I was 21. They host some really cool shows to boot. Prices are fair as well. Overall 10-10 in my opinion.“

“Very nice restaurant in the doubletree. Convenient because I just walked downstairs and ordered food to go. Hostess was very polite and friendly and grabbed me an ice water while I waited. I only had to wait less than ten minutes. The picture does not do the black bean burger justice because it was delicious and flavorful. There were two bean Pattie’s and they were stuffed with a layer of beans, corn, peppers and onions. It was tasty and very filling.“

I didn’t even get into the food, but honestly? I didn’t need to. The drinks were hitting. Made right, strong enough to do what they needed to do, and flowing all night. No watered-down nonsense over here.
We played pool, the music was on point — a perfect mix that had you vibing without screaming over the speakers. It’s giving grown, it’s giving outside, it’s giving “I look good and I know it.”
And let’s not skip over the scenery… because the men? Chef’s kiss. Real nice on the eyes. Arlington showed up.
Also, shoutout to the beautiful door girl, Lunden. Professional, welcoming, and looking GOOD while doing it. First impressions matter and she set the tone right.
JJs is definitely a vibe spot. If you want drinks, music, pool, and good energy all in one place? Pull up. Period. 💋“

“Best barcade in DFW metroplex. There are barcades throughout the metroplex that have the model of paying to get in for unlimited gaming, and this is the best one if you are a hardcore gamer. Has Japanese rhythm games, racing games, fighting games, and some rare imported games as well. Also has plenty of arcade classics like Galaga, shooting games, and even pinball. There are also crane games and prize machines, which you do have to pay for, but they aren't rigged or overpriced, and have unique items to win. They also serve ramen, including specials including fresh chicken and vegetables, among other options, which is quite delicious. While they do serve alcohol, there are also plenty of soft drinks, including Japanese sodas. You could easily spend an entire day here, especially with family or friends.“

“Who knew Mac-n-Cheese could be so good? The greatness that Cane Rosso bestows every dish they serve must be experienced first hand. On my journey thru their menu, my server Rachael, helped me choose which dishes to try out. She started me with my must have sweet tea and an appetizer of Rick Rolled Mac&Cheese. I recommend it upgraded to Rick Rolled with bacon marmalade and white truffle oil. Trust me on this. She then helped me select which flavors for a half/half pizza. The Straight Fire and I believe the Cane Rosso. The Cane Rosso with caramelized onions was a very unique taste. But I will say the Straight Fire 🔥 was straight fire. Before you sprinkle the red pepper flakes, give it a try first. My second slice did not get any pepper flakes because it didn't need any. I also chose to try a dessert for the first time and so glad I did. It was the Ladybird, which is basically a dessert pizza. I'm looking forward to a leftover lunch today. I am so grateful to have had Cane Rosso suggested as I now have a goal of trying every dish they serve. TIP: Ask about their "Secret Menu" which I'm keeping secret. 😉“

“I finally got to eat food from here! I ordered patron silver margaritas on the rocks with salt rims and the flautas plate. It was on Cinco de Mayo, so it was very busy! Our waitress was Yasmin (sp), and she was great considering how packed the place was. I would suggest they have things on the patio to help with the biting bugs, though.“

“We’ve been coming to this chilis location for over ten years now. We’ve tried other chilis locations and nothing beats the cooper street location. From
the moment you walk in you’re greeted with a smile from the host . We’ve been lucky to get our new favorite server Brandon for a while now and he’s always spot on and attentive to our tables needs. We will definitely continue to ask to be seated in his section. On our visit we did three kids tenders , an adult tender and for myself the 10.99 menu which comes with a tea , I picked mango tea , and for my appetizer enchilada soup. I’ve been ordering the chicken sandwich which is always so good but this visit I tried the burger with everything on it . Either way can’t beat 10.99 for a meal, app and entree!
