“My wife and I are regulars at Bedford Ice House. We’re here at least once a week, so we’ve had plenty of great experiences here over time. Tonight I wanted to give a shoutout to our waitress, Hailey, because she really stood out.

In my business at Sofia Lucas, I pay close attention to service and the little details that make an experience feel smooth and easy. Hailey absolutely nailed that. She was friendly, quick, and had great awareness of the table the whole time. Drinks stayed full, food came out right, and she checked in at the perfect moments without ever being overbearing.

You can tell when someone genuinely cares about the guest experience, and Hailey definitely does.

This is actually my first time leaving a review, but I felt like the service deserved it. We love coming here and I’m already looking forward to next Sunday when we’re back again.

“We came to Bourbon Street Bar and Grill expecting the amazing food everyone online raved about… but what a nightmare. The crabs were nearly impossible to eat because there weren’t enough shell breakers, the bread was ice cold, and everything literally tasted like mud. We have photos to prove it—this was not just disappointing, it was disgusting. We heard so much hype, but this was our first and last visit. Honestly, a refund or compensation feels appropriate given how bad this meal was.“

“Other than the front desk guy that checks you in with the super long hair, everyone in the restaurant was super friendly, smiling, and polite and courteous. The concierge at the front desk was super weird and oddly enough had a bad “tough guy” attitude for somebody with a man.🤷🏽‍♀️“

“This bar has the right amount of bar seating, the right amount of table to standing area ratio, ample corners for darts, and a pool table area right next to the restroom so you can hear you buddy scratch on his shot and be close enough to catch him manipulating the pool balls with his grubby cheating hands. There’s even an outdoor area to smoke cigs reminiscent of the breeze-way outside your high school cafeteria where the burnouts ate lunch.
The bartender might moonlight at a rough and tumble biker bar across town, but Tanstaafl is about as menacing as the prospect of Christmas dinner after skipping breakfast, lunch, and drinking a few glasses of stiff Christmas punch. Speaking of Christmas, after the sun set, the bar played Home Alone 1 on a projector in the corner of the bar, the projector was very high quality.“

Every bartender has become a close friend and every customer is different. I literally have taken my grandmother here twice and she loves it. “We found this location by chance shortly after it rebranded and have been going back consistently ever since. The service is unmatched and authentic - everyone is so personable and kind. We’ve never had a less than stellar experience. We’ve celebrated birthdays, Valentine’s Day, brunches, and even just drinks - all exquisite. Jay made sure everything ran smoothly and checked in with guests throughout the evening, showing true dedication to customer care. “Very nice restaurant in the doubletree. Convenient because I just walked downstairs and ordered food to go. Hostess was very polite and friendly and grabbed me an ice water while I waited. I only had to wait less than ten minutes. The picture does not do the black bean burger justice because it was delicious and flavorful. There were two bean Pattie’s and they were stuffed with a layer of beans, corn, peppers and onions. It was tasty and very filling.“
