Being a sister restaurant of Sanjh Modern Indian Cuisine, the expectations were already high, but Nirvana has its own charm altogether. From the OG Uttarakhand Himalayan-style momos and comforting thukpa to the flavorful noodles and Indo-Chinese dishes, everything carried that familiar taste you genuinely miss after leaving India — soulful, comforting, and full of flavor. My four-year hunt for my hometown food finally came to an end in America — all thanks to Nirvana.

What I loved most is how naturally the place flows through the evening. It starts with cozy conversations over mocktails, cocktails, and comforting food, and slowly turns into a lively vibe with great music and DJ nights ✨ The energy feels fun and modern without ever losing its warmth.

A huge appreciation for Deep Sir, Drishti, Smarika, and Ajay Sir for creating such a welcoming experience. You can genuinely feel the effort they put into every guest — not just through service, but through small thoughtful gestures and the extra care they take to make people feel comfortable and valued. That kind of Indian hospitality in a foreign land is rare and honestly what makes the place so memorable.

“Our flight was canceled so we had to spend the night next-door to the Sheraton at the Comfort Inn suites so decided to come over here for a couple of drinks and appetizers. Beautiful restaurant with huge vaulted ceilings, uncomfortable seating.

We ordered the nachos with chicken Tinga and they were absolutely scrumptious! I think those are my second favorite nachos ever that I’ve eaten! Just a right amount of ingredients and all spread out on a nice big square dish. Very flavorful! Then he had a nice cold beer and I ordered a skinny margarita, but it was extremely weak so I had to order a side of tequila. Not cheap but it’s a hotel restaurant.“

“Absolutely love the pizzas here!! The unique variety they offer takes pizza to the next level. I do have 3 issues pertaining to service though. 1. We had to ask for a couple specific pizzas to be brought to our table because they hadn't been offered while others were brought multiple times. 2. They don't inform you of their auto-gratuity policy when checking in for your reservation, nor upon giving you the bill. I would have expected better service when you're predetermining your own tip. 3. We also were asked to vacate our table for the next reservation while we were still actively spending money on after dinner drinks. These are all simple fixes on their end and I hope they can communicate better in the future.“

“Ate the Irving location and it was nice but the portions are a lot smaller… at least for my Hudson Salad, I would suggest the one on Lovers Lane. The salad on the left is at Lovers Lane and the other is Irving and you can clearly see more of the bowl. They were both delicious and service was great but I was really disappointed.“

“Seating was separated at each end of the bar for novice and experienced Mahjong players. No socialization was possible. Servers were inexperienced but friendly. Had to ask for tea several times. steamed items served well after sandwich and dessert tower. The Hosts were very nice. It was a fun experience and my friend and me enjoyed ourselves.“

We had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with this young man while having a really good piece of Salmon. Mr. Romo, handled the bar area with 8 tables during the time we visited and enjoyed our food. His customer service was good good it seemed as if there were two (2) of him. Mr. Romo, thank you for your amazing customer service and for your down to earth and humble spirit. “Service was a little bit slow when sitting at the actual restaurant; however, staff was apologetic after not noticing us sit down. We got the burger as well as BBQ nachos. The burger was excellent and I felt that the nachos were good but not as good as the burger. While pool side, we got a piña colada that was excellent. The prices are what you would expect for the Ritz but I felt that when coupled with the pool and resort experience, it made sense and was within what I was expecting. I would definitely get more food and drinks if back on this property.“

“I understand that restaurants and delivery platforms need to make a profit, but the pricing here feels excessive and difficult to justify. For example, eggs are priced at approximately $1.50 each, while a dozen eggs can often be purchased at a grocery store for around the same price. That represents a markup of well over 1,000% compared to retail pricing. The sausage pricing is equally difficult to justify. Eckrich smoked sausage typically retails for around $4 per package (the sausage they use, im like 96 percent positive) at most grocery stores, yet comparable portions here are priced at approximately $22. Based on retail cost, that's roughly a 450% markup. Lobster is another example. A pound of lobster generally retails for around $35, while this restaurant charges approximately $70 for a one pound lobster. That's a 100% markup over retail cost. The snow crab pricing is perhaps the most shocking. Two snow crab clusters (approximately one pound) are priced at around $45. Meanwhile, a retail box containing roughly 12–15 clusters can often be purchased for around $25. Based on those numbers, the restaurant is charging an estimated 1,000%–1,250% markup compared to retail pricing. Then there are the $8 French fries, which further contribute to the feeling that many menu items are significantly overpriced. I fully understand that restaurant pricing includes labor, rent, utilities, preparation, packaging, and delivery platform commissions. However, this is not an upscale fine-dining seafood establishment, and many of these prices feel disconnected from the actual cost of the ingredients. To be fair, their butter sauce is absolutely delicious and is probably the best thing on the menu. Unfortunately, great sauce alone is not enough to justify prices that often exceed retail value by several hundred percent. While the food is decent, I cannot justify paying markups that range from approximately 100% on lobster to well over 1,000% on certain items such as snow crab clusters. At these prices, I can purchase the same ingredients myself, make multiple meals, and still spend significantly less money than a single order from this restaurant. The food is decent, but the value simply isn't there.
