“We did a quick trip from Houston to Ft. Worth and was looking for something fun to do. From Facebook, I learned Redd Dawg had an open mic night. A quick message asking about a house guitar and it was answered in under five minutes. So, on we went looking for the treasure of a good time and boy, we found a DIAMOND!!! For the time we walked in it felt like we were part of the family. Plenty of singing, strumming, and jokes for everyone. The beer was ice cold and at wonderful prices. The hospitality was top-notch. I’m not big on judging books by their cover and we were blessed by the good time gods tonight. I am so thankful for the regulars and the staff. All were welcoming. We planned to be there an hour or so and ended up staying a few. If you’re wanting a good time, with good people, and ice-cold beer, you’ve found the right place!“

“The best Indian in north Fort Worth with a touch of love. I already loved the food but I’ve been sick and lost my voice. I placed an order and got a call a few minutes later. I apparently chose the wrong tikka masala which is why they called. I apologized because of my voice but we sorted it out. The lovely lady made me a special drink for my throat that I had and was wonderful. Apparently it was a drink her grandmother made when sick. My heart is full and this place is very special. I ordered the 10oz tenderloin medium with the loaded sweet potato, husband ordered the burger and fries and we shared a side of Mac and cheese. The steak was VERY good and cooked perfectly medium. The sweet potato was…okay but I’m not a big fan of them anyway. The Mac and cheese was so good. Big shells and creamy not watery. We also ordered dessert to go and that was great to have in the room. Staff was so nice and laid back but professional. All in all. A nice surprise!“

“Very nice restaurant in the doubletree. Convenient because I just walked downstairs and ordered food to go. Hostess was very polite and friendly and grabbed me an ice water while I waited. I only had to wait less than ten minutes. The picture does not do the black bean burger justice because it was delicious and flavorful. There were two bean Pattie’s and they were stuffed with a layer of beans, corn, peppers and onions. It was tasty and very filling.“

“This has become my family's go to relax and have a chill time place in the area. The drinks are great if you love frozen margaritas that taste good (and you get a lot of it lol). I have never been there when their wasn't a food truck of some sort out front. Since it is a different truck each time, I cannot say how good that part of the experience will be for you. They have cheap snacks to keep kids happy (hot dogs, frozen ice cream cones, etc, think ballpark type food).
Mom, Dad. The best thing about this place is the indoor playground for kids. We come in, order our drinks and sit down (or play way too much cornhole) and our kids are off playing and out of our hair. NO ONE COMPLAINS ABOUT BEING BORED. The adults get to talk and enjoy themselves and so do the kids. Win/win all around!“
