Bartender was friendly and gave a few solid drink suggestions. The cocktails came out quick and tasted great. We also ordered some appetizers and everything was fresh and hot. It did get a little busy later in the night, but service still stayed decent. Not the fanciest spot around, but it's somewhere I'd definitely come back to for drinks and a chill night out.“

“Just left and will never go back. Ordered a burger and didn’t realize until I had eaten several bites that a large portion in the middle was totally raw. Not just undercooked a little - totally raw. I chose to not send it back as I had consumed some of it but saved it to show the waitress. When she told the manager, the manager blamed her ( the waitress). I then spoke to the manager and she would not listen and kept insisting it was the waitress who was responsible. She talked right over me, and was downright nasty.She admitted she didn’t bother to look at the burger. No customer service skills whatsoever. I was not asking for anything just explaining it was not the waitress’ fault that the kitchen didn’t cook the burger. The waitress was very concerned and apologized. She did an excellent job of customer service.“

I apparently chose the wrong tikka masala which is why they called. I apologized because of my voice but we sorted it out. The lovely lady made me a special drink for my throat that I had and was wonderful. Apparently it was a drink her grandmother made when sick. My heart is full and this place is very special. The bar is the place! Better than we could have imagined. The bartender, Kacey, was so great to talk with and energetic, which added a lot of enjoyment to our stay. The drinks were the best! We can't wait to return. Sidenote... We're in our mid 60's. This hip, boutique hotel made us feel young!“
