HG Sply Co. offers great-tasting food and attentive service that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant's outside seating area, with its scenic view of the Clear Fork Trinity River, is a highlight for many guests. The menu features unique cocktails and delicious desserts, along with a variety of dishes that cater to different dietary needs. The avocado "deviled eggs" remain a popular choice. Customers have praised the restaurant for its outstanding, high-quality ingredients and allergen-friendly options, perfect for paleo diets with options for meat and veggies. Many diners have enjoyed dishes like the salmon bowl, bison meatballs in the curry bowl, and the brisket bowl, all noted for their great flavors. The Campfire Chicken with garlic aoili, Brussel sprouts and squash was absolutely delicious and flavorful.
