But I didn't feel like this dish offered much for the senses.I finished the meal with the Fish of the Day, a mediterranean sea bass. It was cooked perfectly, flakey, on a bed of polenta, with sundried tomato relish. This was the best dish of the entire meal. I spent time trying to savor every bite and was disappointed when I cleared my plate that there wasn't more to enjoy.I'm not really sure what the Blue Room is trying to be. Fine-dining with novel presentation, or elegance, or just expertly prepared food. They don't seem to excel at any of these things.Overall small portion sizes will likely leave you hungry, inventiveness that never reappears after the hors d'oeuvres will leave you let down, but well executed entrées, attentive service, and a relaxed atmosphere may help make up for it.”
