“I had such a great experience at Starbucks and wanted to give a special shoutout to Blizzard. I came in with two teenage boys, and it took us a little while to figure out what they wanted. What Blizzard didn’t know is that both of the boys are on the spectrum, and ordering can sometimes make them a bit nervous.

He was incredibly patient, kind, and respectful the entire time—never rushed us, never made it awkward, just genuinely helpful and calm. That kind of interaction means more than people probably realize, and I truly appreciated it.

It made the whole experience so much easier for the boys and for me. Thank you, Blizzard, for your kindness—it did not go unnoticed!“

“I placed an order ahead ONLINE thru the App, at 7:30 am. The app said my order would be ready at 7:38. I get there and my 1 drink is not ready. There were OVER 6 employees here making drinks and in the drive thru this particular morning. They were focusing only on drive thru orders. I stood waiting for my 1 drink for 20 MINUTES! It was 8 AM when I'd finally received my drink, that had been skipped over for 30 entire minutes! No one gave an apology for having me wait 30 minutes for 1 drink. Store located on Hulen and Ledgestone. Don't think I'll come back or continue to use the app ..“

“Two days in a row I dropped by for a drink and both times, the barista was absolutely on fire!! 🔥
She had mobile orders going out faster than I could imagine and today, she had mobile orders going and she was super busy and seller waited to pour my nitro cold brew until I arrived because she didn’t want it to be flat by the time I got it.

That’s an extra touch that goes unnoticed by some but not by this guy. It’s that simple act of kindness that starts the day on the right foot.

“This Starbucks location has been a really solid experience overall. The drinks are usually made correctly, and the staff is friendly and professional even when it gets busy. Service is fairly quick most of the time, and they do a good job keeping the line moving.

The employees also seem patient and willing to fix things if anything is off, which makes the whole visit feel more reliable. It’s a convenient stop, and I appreciate the consistency compared to other locations I’ve been to.

“This Starbucks is full of kind, helpful employees like Stratton and Mocha. Mocha made my iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and lined the cup with caramel just like I asked. The drink came out perfect. Stratton was able to help me pick an item for a promotion on the app to earn stars. I have always received excellent service here, even when I've come in for just one item. Highly recommend this location, 10/10!!“

“I recently visited this Starbucks to study and ordered a Frappuccino online. The drink didn’t taste like the Coffee Frappuccino I had in Mexico, so I mentioned it to the baristas and they went above and beyond! Not only did they let me get a new drink, but they also experimented to make the Frappuccino taste closer to what I described. Their kindness and effort really stood out, and I appreciated how welcoming and accommodating they were. Excellent customer service and such a great environment to study in!“

I went to get a medicine ball but they were out of the Jade Citrus Tea and used Mint Majesty instead and it was a different twist that I enjoyed and normally I’ll get thrown off by the employee and they’ll just suggest another option or just to come back when they have what I want but instead here, they gave me another option and I really appreciated that. “I’ve recently started mobile ordering for in-store pickup at this location around 7:15 and have had such great experiences - enough so for me to even write a review! Every time I walk in there, I get multiple hellos from the staff, my drink is always already ready and waiting for me, and they’ve even written a little note on my cup! They even sometimes have someone helping customers find their mobile order on the counter, although their pick up is very organized and easy to find. I always leave with a smile on my face and thinking about how great this location is and makes me feel each morning. :) Side note: the entrance/parking/drive thru is a little hectic, but I think that’s partially because of the construction on 8th Avenue.“

“I can’t tell you how much this place specifically means to me. A little bit of story time: one time I left early from my high school (Fossil Ridge) because I dealt with a breakup. It made me absolutely heartbroken that time so I was talking to my counselor that time. So when I got back home like at 12 or something, my mom pretty much saw how much I was crying and decided to take me here. It still surprised me today but somehow when we went to the drive through to get our food and drinks, I looked at my strawberry Frappuccino and it said “you got this”. I don’t know if they saw me crying in the car, but these people really pieced my heart together in a way that made me get over my breakup successfully. I just loved the little messages they mostly write little messages on your drinks. They truly made my day and continues to do that every time I order and come here. They brought me my sandwich and drink to the table as I was working. The place was clean and it just seemed like the people took ownership and cared. “I've been to many a Starbucks all around the country. And this spot is the best. It's intimate in size but well apportioned. Food and beverages were perfection when we stopped here before a big road trip. The staff and manager were so welcoming, from the moment we entered. We even chatted with the manager about what brought us in, where we were headed, and how it was the first stop on our out of state move. She gave us tips about our new home state and the cashier/barista even drew a little home on our to-go bag. It's little touches and moments of connection like these that make the Starbucks brand--and also make this particular location--so refreshing.“

“I have been coming to this Starbucks for the past 4 years almost on a daily basis. I have to say without any doubt or any reserves, this is the best Starbucks in Fortworth. My drink was absolutely perfect, just the way I like it. I even asked for light ice, and this was honestly the first time I actually received less ice. In the past, other locations would still fill the cup with ice even when I requested less, so I really appreciated that they got it right here. The spinach feta wrap is my go to whenever I’m at starbucks, and it was just as good as always. My husband really enjoyed his hot white chocolate mocha, and the brownie was super gooey and delicious. The server was so sweet and friendly. We were warmly welcomed when we walked in, and they even said goodbye as we left, which made the experience feel extra nice. Overall, it was a great experience. Even though this isn’t the closest starbucks to our home, we’ll definitely be coming back to this location again.“
