If not, the staff allow me to add more milk, cinnamon, or inclusions if necessary. Love the atmosphere, it's perfect for work breaks, doing work, and spending time with family or friends.“

“I placed an order ahead ONLINE thru the App, at 7:30 am. The app said my order would be ready at 7:38. I get there and my 1 drink is not ready. There were OVER 6 employees here making drinks and in the drive thru this particular morning. They were focusing only on drive thru orders. I stood waiting for my 1 drink for 20 MINUTES! It was 8 AM when I'd finally received my drink, that had been skipped over for 30 entire minutes! No one gave an apology for having me wait 30 minutes for 1 drink. Store located on Hulen and Ledgestone. Don't think I'll come back or continue to use the app ..“

“I had one of the best customer service experiences ever thanks to a barista named Shona at my local Starbucks. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a genuine smile and such warm energy that it completely brightened my day.

Shona was not only friendly and attentive, but incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. I was unsure of what to order, and she offered the perfect recommendation based on my preferences—something I never would have tried on my own, and it ended up being delicious!

What really stood out was how she treated every customer like a regular, making people laugh, remembering names and favorite drinks, and managing the rush with grace and ease. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she serves.

KB was wonderful to speak with and now I understand why her team are top tier and are team players! The store should be an example of how a company should treat their customers and staff!!! “This Starbucks is full of kind, helpful employees like Stratton and Mocha. Mocha made my iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and lined the cup with caramel just like I asked. The drink came out perfect. Stratton was able to help me pick an item for a promotion on the app to earn stars. I have always received excellent service here, even when I've come in for just one item. Highly recommend this location, 10/10!!“

“Nice Starbucks. They don't have a drive-thru here, but mobile orders have always been fast and I haven't had any issues either with customer service nor them not having this or that. If this was my neighborhood Starbucks, I'd be elated. I do live about 30 min from here but every time I am in the area and get an itch for coffee, this is the first store that comes to mind.“

“I have experienced friendly, prompt and quality service at my this location in my new neighborhood. Today a lovely young woman named Hannah listened to my mild gripe about plastic cups and my suggestion to use biodegradable materials.
It's hard to turn back the clock. In reality Starbucks will never be what it was when I frequented it in San Francisco before it came East. But they did raise the bar for a cup of coffee in the US and even now polite and kind service go a long way to the experience.“

“Passing through the area, I mentioned to two of the employees, Wendy and Maddie, that I always order the same thing but wanted to try something new. Wendy gave me a great suggestion and Maddie made me an iced caramel latte with marshmallow foam, specially made just for me. It was SO good! 😋💜

“I don't usually review big chains. One is the the same as the others. Consistency is what we need sometimes. However, this one had super welcoming space and efficient staff. They brought me my sandwich and drink to the table as I was working. The place was clean and it just seemed like the people took ownership and cared. “My husband and I LOVE Starbucks!! Great location and service. We typically go inside to order and it's super fast, almost never a wait time. The staff is very professional while making me feel like we're best friends at the same time! We don't typically order food items but the coffee is PERFECTION!!! They also have an amazing selection of products to buy, especially around the holidays and the discounts are even better towards the end of the year. “First of all, everyone is great there! Today Rita made a small gesture that means more in the customer service world than she might think. I sometimes order a venti ice water when I am in the lobby. This is not an option to order on the app. Today Rita, had a venti iced water waiting by my order without question. “Edited 7 years later. COVID has completely taken away any outdoor seating that they used to have. They used to have maybe five tables. All inside now. Have some La-Z-Boy type recliners there but mostly conventional chairs and even some countertop style seating that doesn't look like anyone's been there for a couple of years. The personality of the place is definitely been stripped but the inside area is actually rather large. People we're very personable and compared to other Starbucks really not pretentious at all. My normal flow does not take me by this place all that often, even though it should, so every time I get to stop by here I see it sort of as a homecoming as I have been coming here for easily 15 years.“
