“I placed an order ahead ONLINE thru the App, at 7:30 am. The app said my order would be ready at 7:38. I get there and my 1 drink is not ready. There were OVER 6 employees here making drinks and in the drive thru this particular morning. They were focusing only on drive thru orders. I stood waiting for my 1 drink for 20 MINUTES! It was 8 AM when I'd finally received my drink, that had been skipped over for 30 entire minutes! No one gave an apology for having me wait 30 minutes for 1 drink. Store located on Hulen and Ledgestone. Don't think I'll come back or continue to use the app ..“

“I had one of the best customer service experiences ever thanks to a barista named Shona at my local Starbucks. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a genuine smile and such warm energy that it completely brightened my day.
Shona was not only friendly and attentive, but incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. I was unsure of what to order, and she offered the perfect recommendation based on my preferences—something I never would have tried on my own, and it ended up being delicious!
What really stood out was how she treated every customer like a regular, making people laugh, remembering names and favorite drinks, and managing the rush with grace and ease. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she serves.
Starbucks is lucky to have someone like Shona on their team—she turns a coffee run into a memorable, feel-good moment. Can’t wait to come back and see her again!“

“This Starbucks location has been a really solid experience overall. The drinks are usually made correctly, and the staff is friendly and professional even when it gets busy. Service is fairly quick most of the time, and they do a good job keeping the line moving.
The employees also seem patient and willing to fix things if anything is off, which makes the whole visit feel more reliable. It’s a convenient stop, and I appreciate the consistency compared to other locations I’ve been to.

“I recently visited this Starbucks to study and ordered a Frappuccino online. The drink didn’t taste like the Coffee Frappuccino I had in Mexico, so I mentioned it to the baristas and they went above and beyond! Not only did they let me get a new drink, but they also experimented to make the Frappuccino taste closer to what I described. Their kindness and effort really stood out, and I appreciated how welcoming and accommodating they were. Excellent customer service and such a great environment to study in!“

“This Starbucks is full of kind, helpful employees like Stratton and Mocha. Mocha made my iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and lined the cup with caramel just like I asked. The drink came out perfect. Stratton was able to help me pick an item for a promotion on the app to earn stars. I have always received excellent service here, even when I've come in for just one item. Highly recommend this location, 10/10!!“

“Very friendly and nice! I went to get a medicine ball but they were out of the Jade Citrus Tea and used Mint Majesty instead and it was a different twist that I enjoyed and normally I’ll get thrown off by the employee and they’ll just suggest another option or just to come back when they have what I want but instead here, they gave me another option and I really appreciated that. I also got peach juice instead of peach tea and I am in love with my new drink! Thank you Rebecca and Morgan!“

“Nice Starbucks. They don't have a drive-thru here, but mobile orders have always been fast and I haven't had any issues either with customer service nor them not having this or that. If this was my neighborhood Starbucks, I'd be elated. I do live about 30 min from here but every time I am in the area and get an itch for coffee, this is the first store that comes to mind.“

“I have experienced friendly, prompt and quality service at my this location in my new neighborhood. Today a lovely young woman named Hannah listened to my mild gripe about plastic cups and my suggestion to use biodegradable materials.
It's hard to turn back the clock. In reality Starbucks will never be what it was when I frequented it in San Francisco before it came East. But they did raise the bar for a cup of coffee in the US and even now polite and kind service go a long way to the experience.“

“My husband and I LOVE Starbucks!! Great location and service. We typically go inside to order and it's super fast, almost never a wait time. The staff is very professional while making me feel like we're best friends at the same time! We don't typically order food items but the coffee is PERFECTION!!! They also have an amazing selection of products to buy, especially around the holidays and the discounts are even better towards the end of the year. I highly recommend this location, not once have I ever had an unpleasant experience here!“

“First of all, everyone is great there! Today Rita made a small gesture that means more in the customer service world than she might think. I sometimes order a venti ice water when I am in the lobby. This is not an option to order on the app. Today Rita, had a venti iced water waiting by my order without question. It shows that they pay attention to their customers and that is the most amazing thing especially when some people come here to start there day. Rita made my day today. “I ordered an iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and a spinach feta wrap, and my husband ordered a hot white chocolate mocha with a brownie. My drink was absolutely perfect, just the way I like it. I even asked for light ice, and this was honestly the first time I actually received less ice. In the past, other locations would still fill the cup with ice even when I requested less, so I really appreciated that they got it right here. The spinach feta wrap is my go to whenever I’m at starbucks, and it was just as good as always. My husband really enjoyed his hot white chocolate mocha, and the brownie was super gooey and delicious. The server was so sweet and friendly. We were warmly welcomed when we walked in, and they even said goodbye as we left, which made the experience feel extra nice. Overall, it was a great experience. Even though this isn’t the closest starbucks to our home, we’ll definitely be coming back to this location again.“

“I have been coming to this Starbucks for the past 4 years almost on a daily basis. I have to say without any doubt or any reserves, this is the best Starbucks in Fortworth. The atmosphere is superior to the other ones. I have been through countless employees changes and they set the bar when it comes to 5 star service. Tony, the manager is awesome and friendly as well as his fine group of young people that work there. The place is clean and inviting, great choices of background music as well as a great place to chill. 10 out of 10 on this one.“

“As soon as I walked in I was greeted like a great Texas company should!! I have to run to the restroom first but when I came back the hostess taking my order was beyond approachable and relatable! She took my order with a smile and also acknowledged the state im in, pregnant, by asking politely and was full of excitement since she has recently upgraded to being an aunt! In my state after I ordered it found a clean table with a comfortable chair to sit and wait for my order.
