“To start out the staff at this location are very sweet and can be very efficient! And they typically get orders right even when new people are training and are usually very attentive! Iv been coming to this location for over 12 years and they always keep the line moving in the drive thru and inside! But there are occasions where my shaken espresso has no espresso or my drink is missing a component. Lately iv been ordering the ube shaken espresso which in itself if made correctly is a delicious drink and in my opinion well worth the almost $7 that I pay. But this drink hardly ever has the coconut syrup in it or ube cold foam done right and iv never had a even adequate one at this store.Granted this is a limited time beverage so it could be that the recipe is a little more difficult to get the hang of which I understand. And the staff is also dealing with a ever rotating menu. But i am well aquainted with the Starbucks standard and getting my caffeine is one of the highlights of my day! So if I'm spending over $30 to $50 dollars a week,I do expect that standard to be upheld.“
“I had a problem with my birthday coupon but I am thankful for the barista here who provided excellent customer service! Also, the regular patrons were very friendly, it was cool witnessing different cultures engage in conversation over a cup of joe.“
“About a month ago I went in to get my order and found out I placed it at the wrong store. Kristina remade my entire order and walked me through how to use the app and how to check which store I placed it at. Since then I’ve come back to this store at least twice a week! I love the store and all of the baristas are super nice and helpful!“
