Starbucks in Southlake

“honestly guys, the new staff you've gotten is awesome! I didn't much like some of the old ones but the new staff is especially awesome. if you don't keep Ronda and Emily I might not come back lol. Both of them have been exceptional and kind, always asking me how I'm doing and if I'm having a good day, they honestly both probably deserve a raise:) Seriously guys, they've been great and you should definitely keep both of them on. They make the place come alive!“

“If I could give this Starbucks 1 million stars I would! They are so sweet, secondly they follow the recipes to a tea. I cannot remember the last time I went and didn’t get what I asked for! I absolutely love them and this is now my favorite Starbucks to go to before work!“

“I had rated this Starbucks location 3 stars but I take it back... I have only stepped foot in this place once! I realize that if you're going to say something about anything or anyone it better be positive words, if they are not, then keep them to yourself or if you must express negative comments then make sure to think twice about them before making them public. I dont think its fair to give a negative or mediocre review based on a single isolated event!

“Very nice people in a super clean store with plenty of spacious seating inside and outside along the side of the store. Easy to find from the street and lots of free parking available. This store closes earlier in the evening at 9pm but when its open it is a great place to be comfortable and secure in an upscale neighborhood. Perhaps you will enjoy as much as I have the Starbucks Experience that makes the coffee taste even better.“

“I’ve never been to this location, but I was just blown away by the warm inviting atmosphere. The young lady who took my order was so sweet, she could tell I wasn’t a regular and when I looked confused at the sizes, she said “small, medium or large” for those of you who, frequent Starbucks you probably know that they often make a big deal about their labels for the sizes they offer (venti etc)After being treated so poorly at a collision center down the street, it was nice to get treated well by a wonderful human (with awesome pink hair !)“
