“Loved the personal interactions and warm greetings when I walked in. Joey was pleasant and conversational and when I was asking questions about the Espresso Frappuchino not only was he knowledgeable about the workarounds, he made my odering experience personable and easy. The interaction with Cherise was so organic and pleasant didn't realize I was talking to the GM until I went to grab my straw😂. This place is buzzing with positive energy everytime I stop by. A perfect place to get a little work done when in the area.“

“By far the BEST Starbucks! Matt, Kaleh, Autumn, Brandi, Riley, and many more baristas here make this place feel like home. I consider this “my” Starbucks since they all know my custom Latte and greet me with energetic smiles every time I walk in the door.“
“This is specific to the Davis location in North Richland Hills. This is s regular stop for us. The staff knows us by name, always gets us and remembers our order and special requests. They are fantastic! And, even though most Starbucks don't differ much, we swear the mocha and Matcha lattes are better here. 👌 Clean restrooms, clean cafe, even when busy. Top notch crew!“

“I see new staff here every few months it seems but the young man with the flower ink Brian is always present for the past several years I've been a customer at this location. He always makes my drink correctly 100% of the time even when I give him my complicated drink combinations but he always laughs it off when I apologize and hands it off in a matter of 2 minutes every time even when he is alone! I prefer this location to other Starbucks because the staff actually cares about the customers compared to other coffee shops and it's a lot more quicker than waiting 30 minutes across the street at the drive-thru!! It's always been my go-to.“
“This store has spoiled me rotten. I can’t go to any other Starbucks and be as happy with the service as I am with this one. I thought my day was going to be ruined when my favorite cup broke due to my own accident at work, but they came in clutch and carried the cup, that I highly value.
On top of that, the workers are always extremely sweet and kind, and I absolutely adore each and ever one of them.
There’s an older lady may be in her 40s that has my heart. I genuinely do not think my mornings would be as well office. They are without her.
I am in cosmetology school. She gives me a little peptalk‘s every once in a while because I have an hour drive and sometimes I just cannot stand it, but she tears me up and cheers me on
