“the experience didn’t meet my expectations. The coffee was lukewarm and lacked the bold flavor I’m used to. I tried their classic caramel macchiato, but it tasted watered down, and the caramel didn’t add much sweetness. The service was slow, and the staff seemed distracted, even though it wasn’t very busy. The atmosphere was also lacking—there wasn’t enough seating, and the place felt cramped.“

“I got 5 drinks and couldn’t carry them and my 2 year old simultaneously. My 2 year old decided to have a tantrum in front of the door and wanted to be picked up. Sage, who gave us our drinks, noticed us and came right over and offered to carry the drinks to my car. This was a lifesaver since I came to this Starbucks in Grapevine, TX because it had a drive through only to find out it wasn’t open this Sunday. This kind of customer service is what will bring me back to this Starbucks location in the future. Thank you Sage!“

“I ordered a large drink and once my order was ready it was a small, I told her oh I'm sorry it's supposed to be a large so she remade it. Come to find out it got rung up the wrong size by accident. If I would've known that I would've taken the first one I thought I was charged a large but I wasn't so I just wanted to say thank you so much she didn't have to do that 10 ⭐s for sure 🫶🏼“

“I went here with my immediate staff for an unscheduled morning break and brief presentation. The staff were very friendly and professional and the interior clean, bright and modern. I do not go to Starbucks a lot (perhaps once per year) and enjoyed the experience.“
“This is such a nice Starbucks for being inside a resort. This Starbucks is big, super clean and has amazing customer service. Full selection of beverages and food items. They also take the Starbucks rewards card as payment and let's you get those reward points. Plus to top it all off you can order your drinks from the Starbucks app and just pick them up.“
“The employees are always so kind to me when I order! I’ve had no issues and my drinks always come out perfectly- sometimes they will even recommend items for me to try that have failed to disappoint. Even on busier days, I appreciate how hard they work to get orders out as quickly as possible, yet still making them perfectly! Great job to all those who work there“
“I always come to this Starbucks since it’s the closest to my job, and I consistently have a great experience. Today, I accidentally placed my mobile order at the wrong location. I was on my break and didn’t realize it until I arrived. The barista who helped me was incredibly kind and allowed me to receive my drink at this location after I showed proof of purchase.
It was completely my mistake, but they handled it with understanding and professionalism. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service!
