“Visited around 1:20 PM. Only one employee, but my drink was still made with care and speed. Didn't catch employees name but she was so sweet and positive! I couldn't decide what I wanted and it was so nice to not be rushed. She recommended the Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso, which I ended up getting, and it was perfect. I hope you value her. Best interaction i've had at this location so far and I'll be sure to stop by again soon!“
“Just went there this evening with a couple of international guests. The drink quality was good as one could expect from a Starbucks shop. But the service was sub-par. The barista made our drinks, left them on the counter corner, and did not bother to call our names. After almost 15 minutes my guests asked him where our drinks were. He just answered they were at the corner as always. Leaving drinks on the counter corner is a Starbucks culture but letting the customers know is also a gesture of courtesy and good service.“
“This is such a nice Starbucks for being inside a resort. This Starbucks is big, super clean and has amazing customer service. Full selection of beverages and food items. They also take the Starbucks rewards card as payment and let's you get those reward points. Plus to top it all off you can order your drinks from the Starbucks app and just pick them up.“
“I LOVE this Starbucks!! Most of the employees know me & Know what I order.I only wish 3 things.1. They had seats that had more Cushions on them. Cuz the seats are HARD!! 2. They should have & DESPERATELY NEED to make this a BIGGER Starbucks.3. Treat your employees BETTER & Pay your Employees MORE MONEY!!Meaning like $15.00 an hour.Otherwise the overall with Starbucks off of Highway 26 & Mustang Drive in Grapevine TX. “I really liked my experience at this Starbucks. I almost never go to them. Because it was a slow morning, and I needed to have a meeting with my small support staff, they suggested we go. It was a bright, relatively large Starbucks with a clean interior and very friendly staff. The service for 5 of us was fast and my cappuccino was good. My only gripe is there was no menu in the screens behind the counter except for one panel that did not nearly show all of the drink items. The other four panels were advertisements for one particular drink and food. When I asked for a written menu, they staff said there were none. I guess you just have "to know". All in all, a good experience.“
“Staff 5/5. Food and coffee 5/5. Atmosphere, the chairs are pretty uncomfortable. Doesn’t matter how nice the ambiance or the internet is. Starbucks obviously would rather I just go through the drive through. I needed to sit and work. So, I’ll go sit and work at a local coffee shop instead. Corporate should be ashamed.“
“The employees are always so kind to me when I order! I’ve had no issues and my drinks always come out perfectly- sometimes they will even recommend items for me to try that have failed to disappoint. Even on busier days, I appreciate how hard they work to get orders out as quickly as possible, yet still making them perfectly! Great job to all those who work there“
“I’ve been to this location maybe a handful of times and this morning I was extremely impressed with Kristen, the barista at the drive thru.As I started my order, she remembered every bit of detail of one of the drinks!
