“I got 5 drinks and couldn’t carry them and my 2 year old simultaneously. My 2 year old decided to have a tantrum in front of the door and wanted to be picked up. Sage, who gave us our drinks, noticed us and came right over and offered to carry the drinks to my car. This was a lifesaver since I came to this Starbucks in Grapevine, TX because it had a drive through only to find out it wasn’t open this Sunday. This kind of customer service is what will bring me back to this Starbucks location in the future. Thank you Sage!“

Today the location was jumping (very busy). But I want to recognize Iryana. Her positive attitude, genuine smile, and attention to detail stood out immediately. She handled my order with care and brought great energy to everyone around her.

“I went here with my immediate staff for an unscheduled morning break and brief presentation. The staff were very friendly and professional and the interior clean, bright and modern. I do not go to Starbucks a lot (perhaps once per year) and enjoyed the experience.“
“This is such a nice Starbucks for being inside a resort. This Starbucks is big, super clean and has amazing customer service. Full selection of beverages and food items. They also take the Starbucks rewards card as payment and let's you get those reward points. Plus to top it all off you can order your drinks from the Starbucks app and just pick them up.“
“The staff here are very friendly/welcoming and the coffee is superb as usual. The small tables by the bench could use a little more space separating them, but on the other hand the tight spacing allows for an extra table to be included and also seems to promote conversation among customers, so maybe it's a net positive. There are also a couple of individual tables with lots of space, and plenty of seating outside, so it's all good. (Edit added after the inside portion of my visit: in addition to even more seating outside than they have inside, I noticed they also have a bicycle rack outside. Yep, a bicycle rack! I now consider this Starbucks to be highly underrated on Google Maps...what Starbucks has a bicycle rack! :)“
