“The store manager - Deysha, IS the consummate professional. She addresses any situation with decision and always puts the customer first.
I had a really bad experience with the morning shift staff. They messed up my order, when I tasted it, I knew it was not correct. They proceeded to argue with me. I had to be at work so I left.
Left the drink in my car as it was not consumable and noted I would go back after work to either return this drink and get a refund or get a new drink.
That is when I arrived, asked to speak w a Manager and this was a pleasant surprise with her demeanor.
Not defensive, actually listened to me.
Then she proceeded to refund me for my morning drink. Also, remade my drink without any hint of frustration - she was just happy to help and that I was okay. 👍🥰
I thought I would simply never visit that location again, but because of Deysha, I will give it another chance.
This is rare these days to receive this level of customer service. She deserves a thousand gold stars✨💝 And retained an appreciative customer.“

“I had such a great experience at this Starbucks! I had previously tried placing a mobile order at another location and accidentally confused cold foam with sweet cream topping. I was still a little confused, but the rest of the staff were incredibly kind and patient. “Called ahead this morning asking for a catering order. When asked when it was needed, I said as soon as possible since my grandmother had just passed and I was trying to take over coffee for all the family members present and mourning. I went to pick up my order and the sweet girl in the front handed me the coffee (with lots of extras) and said it's all on the house. She was kind and even left a sweet message on a cup. It's people like this that truly make a difference and help restore my faith in humanity. There is good in this world (and at this Starbucks location) :)“

“i came in during the afternoon to get some work done for an hour. there were a few people waiting but my drink was ready sooner than i expected. i asked for one small change to my order and they got it right the first time. the seating area stayed clean and it was easy to focus while i finished everything.“
