I had been to this Starbucks several times, always with a mediocre experience. Zach was above and beyond friendly and efficient. He greeted me even though he was with another customer. Greeted other customers even though he was making my order. That's someone who needs to be recognized for a job well done! So this time.... 5 stars!
This location does okay. Sometimes the wait is long, but not always. I think it depends on whether the other worker is getting stock. Maybe they need a better system of stocking? Or maybe bring more stock up each time? My drinks have always been made right here and the staff for the most part is friendly. I will always go here before going to the other Starbucks nearby because this one is way better.
