Something else indirectly related to this business, security guard on duty walking around harassing people and taking pictures of people and their cars on parking lot???
Today he was threatening me and my friend for smoking 100 feet from building saying that he will call police and towing to get rid off our cars???This gentleman was African American about 4 feet tall probably retired and working part time security job,
Very unfriendly and unprofessional behavior, this gentleman should not be interacting with people he is unfit for any job that requires conversation!!!!

Just to be aware of this parking in front of Starbucks and generally the whole parking in this area;
I am seeing daily they towing cars from this parking for ridiculous reasons and they are really aggressive when they towing cars, they will definitely damage your car,
New sign posted explaining that they can tow your car for any reason whatsoever ( pics attached) , security guard enforcing this is just wrong guy for this job, treating customers/visitors as criminals!!!!“

“Best Starbucks the workers are usually very nice your order will be right every time and they will always make it good!!! But if u want a quiet place to sit and eat or lock in then don’t go from 4-5:30 ish on a weekday but overall best place please go 10/10“

“I always love this Starbucks! Derek and JRob are always so kind and remember my order! One time they accidentally ran out of my usual ham and cheese croissant after I had ordered, and JRob replaced it with something else they knew I would like (after asking me of course!). Awesome customer service.“

“I’m a pretty easy customer. I use my own personal cup, and my order is simple: four long blonde shots over a grande cup of ice. When I arrive, I ask for some extra ice to fill my venti personal cup because the original ice is usually almost completely melted by the hot espresso by the time I get there. I’ve ordered it this way plenty of times without an issue.

Today, though, the interaction was just…strange.

When I reached for the little personal cup beaker they use, the older lady barista immediately told me, “I’ll pour that for you.” Okay, no problem! My cup has been dropped a few times and is a little wobbly, so I held it steady while she poured. She seemed noticeably bothered that I was holding my own cup.

Then I politely asked for some additional ice. She responded with, “Well, if you would order a venti…” I explained that the reason I order it this way is because the first batch of ice melts while the hot espresso is cooling down.

She got the extra ice, but again seemed bothered when I held my cup steady for her. I even tried to lighten the interaction by telling her she was more talented than some because usually ice ends up spilling everywhere. 😂

She was never outright rude, which is why this interaction is difficult to describe. It just felt oddly patronizing and unwelcoming, like my very simple request was an inconvenience. I left feeling like I’d somehow committed a Starbucks faux pas by wanting a little extra ice in my own cup.

I come to this location regularly and have never had an interaction like this before, so hopefully it was just an off morning. But the whole experience definitely had a little Miss Trunchbull-cosplaying-as-a-barista energy. 😅“

“This Starbucks is amazing! Amy was so helpful and helped me out so much when I needed some help using my stars. The other staff members were great too, including Elle and a younger gentleman with curly hair. Will definitely be coming back. Great service, drinks, it was very clean too!“

“I stopped by this Starbucks recently and had a really lovely experience. I ordered the Iced Vanilla Protein Latte and it did not disappoint - smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of vanilla sweetness. It was so refreshing, and the extra protein made it feel like a treat I could enjoy without the guilt. The espresso underneath was rich and well-pulled, so the whole drink tasted like it was made by a barista who truly cares about the craft. The store itself was clean, bright, and comfortable, with plenty of seating - a great spot to relax or get a little work done. I didn’t even know that was an option at ALL so I said yes

“I always come here and my favorite barista is Alicia . She usually there in the afternoons. But I went yesterday and there was a short black girl, who I seen a couple of times . To be honest she does not know how to make good coffees. Every time I would ask for a drink she would say “Oh we don’t have it “ or it’s “out of season “ . When a day prior I had bught that drink at Starbucks and it was still on menu. She also had AirPods on . I don’t know if that was the reason she was not focused . It seems like she does not even want to be there and just wants to make the top easy choice coffees. … not going there any more when she is working .“

“This is hands down one of my favorite Starbucks, primarily due to the staff, they are amazing, Alana, and Ethan, sunny and Gilbert. They all make my day every time I go in there, they know exactly who you are. They say, hello, they're friendly. They remember your order by heart and half the time. Have it done before you even make The order of the line, it's a great starbucks.“

I’m a Business Consultant in the Dallas area, and because I’m frequently traveling to different locations throughout the city, I visit Starbucks quite often. In fact, with the Texas heat, I probably have at least four Venti Mango Dreams a day!
I especially want to recognize the Starbucks location on Ferguson Road in Casa View. I was there today, and I was extremely impressed. The store was packed, with approximately 15–20 customers, yet the team continued moving efficiently, helping customers with a smile and providing outstanding, fast service.
There were three male and three female employees working, and every one of them appeared focused, professional, and committed to taking care of the customers. They consistently got the orders right the first time, which is truly admirable when you're dealing with such a busy environment.
I especially want to recognize Monica, who stood out to me with her great smile, positive attitude, and excellent customer service. However, I want to emphasize that the entire team deserves recognition. They are a great group of baristas, and they clearly take pride in what they do.
I hope you will recognize this team for their outstanding service. Employees like these make a real difference in the customer experience, and I wanted to take a moment to make sure their hard work was acknowledged.

“SERVICE WAS FAST...especially for a Sunday weekend. Lines here tend to be big on weekends. Food and drink were well prepared. Service was also friendly and curious. I did not have any problems withy order. This was a shopping mall type atmosphere with lots of people bit there was plenty of seating within the cafe to enjoy my drinks and bannana bread. It is a very visual atmospheric type.“

“The employees are ALWAYS, ALWAYS courteous, friendly, and obliging at THIS location. 4 out of 5 times they make it EXACTLY as you have rquested. No long waits. I'm usually in and out in under 3/4 minutes and that includes waiting in a very short line after other clients. I LOVE, LOVE this location. “I order the same thing via the app every morning and grab it on my way to work. The workers never fail to greet me by name when I walk into the building!! I never have issues with my order being on time. The one time there was a glitch with the system yesterday, they saw me park and had my order pulled up on the ordering system and already made by the time I walked inside!
