People working here are great! They are super nice and get my order correct. They are also friendly at the pick-up window. One star off for Food because I got a stale bakery item recently, which was a disappointment. Otherwise, all good. Parking here is minimal and can be difficult during busy times as the drive-through line blocks parked cars. In addition, the drive-through line only accommodates a few cars, so cars waiting for the drive-through can back up onto Northwest Highway,...read full review

I had just arrived to this Starbucks around 6:30 am. When I walked up to the entrance there was an employee getting a young kitten out of her car"s engine compartment. The kitten was wedge in the back engine area, and we could not get to it. The kitten was frightened and would not come out. After about 30 minutes of trying to feed it and cousk it out, the young lady called her boyfriend to come and help.. After he arrived he took the under carriage off the car and freed the kitten....read full review
