Mariano's Hacienda Ranch Reviews
my husband and myself enjoyed and early dinner today at the Dallas location. We had the best waitress named LuLu. Her service was so fast and she was so attentive. I had the tortilla soup and the bowl was huge. It was fresh and perfectly seasoned. My husband had the fajita nachos and we shared some queso and tortillas of course and it was all fantastic. Can't forget about the frozen margaritas, they were the perfect compliment to our dinner. This location treats us wonderfully...read full review

Mariano's Hacienda Ranch is a popular Mexican restaurant, known for its delicious food and generous portion sizes. The chips, salsa, and queso are always favorites, and the "Pancho Villa" platter, which includes tacos, tostada, rice, beans, and enchilada, receives particular praise. The restaurant offers signature drinks, including amazing margaritas, and creates a pleasant ambiance, suitable for family gatherings while allowing for comfortable conversations. The decor is designed to provide a welcoming atmosphere, making it a favorite for many customers.
The food is consistently good, with beef enchiladas being a popular choice. The Poblano stuffed with cheese and beef is highly recommended, and the surf and turf has impressed many diners. Service is generally very good, especially when the restaurant is less crowded, but can be inconsistent during busy times. Dietary restrictions are accommodated with separate cooking arrangements when needed.
The restaurant features a lively atmosphere with friendly staff, including attentive servers who strive to provide a great experience. The tortillas are hand-made and cooked fresh in front of guests, enhancing the authentic Tex-Mex vibe. Fajitas, whether steak or chicken, are juicy, flavorful, and cooked over a live fire, giving them a smoky richness. The tortilla soup is another favorite, loaded with flavor and hearty enough to enjoy as leftovers.
Guests often appreciate the quick service, especially when waiting is minimal. The room has a bit of history, with features like the first frozen margarita machine on one wall. Overall, Mariano's Hacienda Ranch remains a top spot for Tex-Mex in Dallas, cherished for its tasty dishes, fun environment, and friendly service. Many guests are already planning their next visit.
