“Go here. If you go anywhere to eat in DFW area, let it be this place. The first true farm to table restaurant that puts its heart and soul into everything they make. We were blown away by every cocktail and dish we had, but the star of the show was the Tea Braised Pig Tails (pictured below). As a farmer and a butcher, I have no idea where they source these magical, massive pig tails, but they are 100% the best tasting thing I've put in my mouth in Dallas since we came. In all my (16 total) years in bars and restaurants, I've never been more impressed by a single bartender. This guy is lacto fermenting, dehydrating, infusing, & manipulating different ingredients in incredible ways that deserve as much credit as the kitchen. Honestly, the combination of a passionate chef and a passionate bartender make this place hands down the best spot in DFW. I wish more places were ethically sourcing ingredients and using more of the animals they serve, as this place has so perfectly achieved. If they were closer, I'd probably be trying to do business with them in some manner.“

“Truly, one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. I went to Stillwells for my 31st birthday with my boyfriend. From the beginning, they made sure to make me feel special, writing a writing a custom card, giving us a dessert to take him, and even giving me a blanket because I was a bit cold in the restaurant! We both ordered filet mignon, and they were cooked perfectly. The side dishes and deviled eggs as an appetizer were just as good. Servers, and the manager frequently stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 would recommend for any special occasion or upscale dining experience.“

“I had the omakase. and was disappointed with the fact there was a heavily fried dish of shrimp and corn that came out mid point of the experience. The sashimi was pretty good but, not too much thought was put into it. Other than the two kind of misteps my overall experience was amazing! the staff was helpful and the flavors were fun! I highly recommend the sesame mousse for dessert and the sea bass melted in your mouth and the soba noodles with the various dipping sauces were to die for ♡“

“The atmosphere was amazing, especially if you sit in the back area next to the fireplace. The bar is right next to the restaurant and is kind of loud, so sitting in the back allowed for a nicer quiet. The service was exceptional. The waiter was helpful and very nice. I honestly enjoyed the ambiance more than the food. The food was decent, the bread was amazing. Overall would come back.“

“I was in the business for 42 years. Am very demanding. Food quality was perfect (several visits). Ordered sweet potato fries, expecting what I usually get, but THEY WERE FRESH! Menu interesting and different. Desserts, wow! Staff is very courteous and friendly. Casual, not stuffy place. Seating inside and on patio. Loved it!!! PS, my spend is a little high because I always ordered wine - great list!“

“A NICE PLACE HAD A LOT OF FUN“

“Had my brother and SNL in town. I'm trying to understand how this place even exists. The hotel is Old and smells like sewage inside and out. Started out @ the Waterproof. Completely overrated nothing special about this place besides its overpriced drinks. However my reason for this post is for Bourbon & Banter. We ordered the Smoked bourbon Meatballs. When it was placed on the table. I immediately smelled dog food. I tasted a bite of the meatball and the texture of it was not right at all. At this point I'm really wondering is this dog food. Waiter came over and I said "no disrespect, but this taste and smells like Dog food. He said I don't make the meatballs, but I will take it off your ticket. I thought that was odd, because I didn't ask him nothing like that. I'm concerned about this treatment and will be contacting the proper people so this doesn't happen again. Especially when I spend my hard earned dollars just to come out wondering what I just ate.“

“Visited a few weeks ago for the first time for our anniversary. Hubby had the dry aged ribeye, I had the filet mignon. From the food to the cocktails, everything was perfect and delicious. Shout out to our waiter Jacob who made our experience outstanding! We will definitely be back.“

“I came in on a Saturday and bought general admission just to grab a quick bite pool side. When I walked in I saw reserved seating (that cost money) and I saw FREE day beds that were first come first served. I noticed people were leaving their belongings on the free day beds as place holders, while they got in the pool. So I asked wait staff was this allowed, and 2 of the girls collectively said “no they shouldn’t be doing that”

So I walked back in and sat at the free day beds, filled with stuff, and a white man approached me and said this is my bed but it’s okay I’ll let you stay here. I chuckled and said yeah the wait staff already told me I’m good. And startled by my response he said no I’ve been here all morning , and I said yes at a FREE day bed. You can’t just leave your stuff here as a placeholder and expect to have it reserved all day. Reserved seating cost money and you didn’t spend any money. And then he threatened to have me kicked out. Lol, it amazes me how they think they have this much power especially when they haven’t spent any money. Eventually a waitress came over took my order and I gave her my credit card and she completely ignored this disgruntled man because she wanted to make some money!“

“This place is very pricey but expected. The drinks are great and they have a wide range of cocktails to chose from. You know how at bars you order drinks thinking they’ll be great and they’re not? Well here they are great as you’d expect very impressed! Got very crowded on a Friday at 6 no more open seating standing only. They also have an outside section but not sure if that’s for the restaurant. Espresso martinis are delicious!“

“The cutest sophisticated yet casual spot to drop for a glass of bubbly - Prosecco, Champagne. The sitting is casual and the awnings keep the Texas heat off you. The server was quick and personable. I had a mimosa and was surprised it wasn’t small at all! P.S. great for pretty “

The server was concise, professional.
The roasted chicken piccata was delicious, really. The skin of the chicken was perfectly crunchy. The caper sauce was uniquely tart and creamy.

I will come back here tomorrow and again the next day.“

“My partner & I are in town for the holidays from Salt Lake City & were told about Time Out Tavern. Everything that was mentioned by the Uber driver was on point. The atmosphere was chill AF, there's a male bartender with braids who gave exceptional customer service not to mention the door guy was down to earth with a lot of knowledge & that bearded. WOOF! With that said there was a female bartender who could use A LOT of coaching conversations by management as her rudeness was never asked for & customer service lacked. I still give this bar five stars & will recommend it to others.“

“Top tier restaurant in Dallas, in my opinion very much worth the price to visit. The value you are getting here is beyond words. I’m an adamant believer that when going for a finer dining experience the details matter. The service at Tango Room was impeccable, the fine details of how the art is arranged, how the food is paired, and how the table is cleared and reset for each course were near perfect. This alongside the drink pairings through the night really left my girlfriend and I very impressed by the end of our anniversary night.

The mood is great, relaxed, and it’s like stepping into a time capsule where you can just unwind and enjoy a perfect moment together with your party.

“Ok i am usually quite a picky person and have high standards, so I was not expecting much from an airport Chili's. However, I was blown away! The server, Blaine, was amazing and very attentive. She made sure that we had every drink quickly and gave us some menu ideas. The burgers were amazing, like legit smash burgers. Fries were perfect too. Way beyond my expectations for airport food. Definitely give this place a try. I see a lot of mediocre and bad reviews on here, but ya'll should check this place out again.“

“Went today to the new Maguire's location. They opened about 3 weeks ago at 14551 Dallas Pkwy, Addison 75254. This used to be an Ascension Coffee location. For those of you who still don't know where this is, west side of the Tollway, South of Spring Valley sandwiched between the Moss Adams building and USI. Look for the blue umbrellas outside and you have found them! Ran into Mark the owner and he remembered me right away. Now that is a great customer experience! My office moved to Uptown about 6 years ago so I had not been a normal regular like years past. But that is just one piece of what makes this restaurant such a great dining experience. They still offer that amazing tea that I cannot get enough of (yes they still accommodate me with my normal tea to go that gets me through the rest of my day) and the food is the same delicious menu! Quality is what we have come to expect every time you visit. Highly recommend you go back to the new location for another great business lunch!“

“We love Rafa’s! We dine here weekly, as this is our all time favorite Tex Mex. The food is amazing and the service is impeccable. Joe has been taking great care of us for over 25 years and provides the best service! He knows exactly what we want to order without us ever saying a word, even the extra serranos and all! It’s always great to be greeted by Sofie’s sweet smile. These guys are like family and are what make this place so special to us.“
