“I went to Namak Indian cuisine place two weeks ago and it was very tasty. Service is always great and the music does need to be changed to Bollywood instead of lounge music. I visited on a very cold day during January and it was a bit of a challenge because every time someone would walk in the door the breath of cold would come inside in the restaurant. The dishes were mouthwatering, but acidic.“

The server was kind to share some of the restaurant history and asked for a review, which as business owners, we like to oblige and want to help other businesses. He threw in a mango lassi with our order, which was not expected and SO delicious. All of our food was AMAZING and enough to have for lunch the next day. We ordered garlic naan, Gobi 65, Malabar with beef and veggies, chicken and lamb biryani.“

“Date Night with a Hottie! Once again, we've travelled west to Oak Cliff. This time, paying our first visit to Tiny Victories OC. How cool is this place?!?! Cozy digs, in a... well "Tiny" space. We grabbed a couple seats at the bar and immediately took to people watching. This is definitely a neighborhood hotspot, and for good reason. Lots of laughter. Folks clearly having a good time. I could totally imagine a regular here, literally knowing EVERYBODY in the place. I ordered an Old Fashioned, and my beautiful bride, a Cabernet. Our tenders, Samantha and Maddie were attentive and quick to deliver. Not an easy task with so many folks around. Iamyu of House of Frequency Records was spinning the vinyl with righteous tunes that kept the toes tapping all night. So fun tonight, and now... we're off. “I loved this restaurant when I first ate here 28 years ago. I moved away but was in Dallas last night so I made a reservation and it was even more amazing than I remembered. The service was impeccable. Our waiter Charlie was amazing and recommended the best wine pairings but the food… ah the food…. Let’s just say if I ever have a “last meal” I would want it to be this. I got the champagne Brie soup, the Filet Rossini and flourless chocolate cake. Each bite was perfection. Seriously, one of the best meals of my life. Hope it doesn’t take another 28 years to return. With that being said...LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! The location is fabulous. Perfectly centered before the hype and traffic of downtown.

Massive FRONT patio which has a great street view.

Food: wings are humongous and fries are homemade and seasoned amazingly. Fish and chips are battered a whole different way that Will give you life.

Our bartender, Courtney, was a gem. She poured us up some amazing drinks that I wouldn't expect to have at a tavern.

Drinks came out pretty quick and the bartender was friendly and actually took time to recommend a few things.
