“Absolutely the best place to go when in the Dallas area for a cold beer, a great burger and an atmosphere you will not find anywhere else. Do your self a favor and stop in to have a cold one or something to eat....promise you will not be disappointed. Hank and Mary J's audreys motel. “
“Gotta say we we're pleasantly surprised. Stopped in for lunch yesterday. I had the German dog, and it was excellent. My wife had the cheeseburger, and she really enjoyed it also. We will definitely be going back. The atmosphere is really cool and the bar is huge.“
“Only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars for service was because I was told I couldn't eat my vegan food I brought with me (I was a part of a group of 5) because they don't like outside food. I understand that. They need to step up their game and add some more options for vegans. Side note, I was the one that recommended the group eat there. I ordered a beer and fries as well, so it was only the vegan burger I brought in that was the issue.Other than that, wonderful place and experience.“
“Very nice place. I had breakfast there and everything was done perfectly and just as I asked, the corned beef hash was crispy on the outside and just right in the middle as were the hash browns. The portions are large enough to be filling without being stuffed. The staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The prices are well in line with the quality and quantity one gets in a mealI will definitely be there again when visiting Carrollton as my local breakfast place“
“Came here for an event. Got to say this is a fantastic beer bar, with an amazing beer garden. One of the best I’ve been too! There were plenty of beers to choose from, also plenty of other choices if you weren’t a beer drinker. A great option they have is you can order from your table if the bar is busy. Or you’re feeling lazy.“
“Loved St. Pete’s Dancing Marlin.1st time dining here. We were attending Deep Ellum Art Co. to see Mike Doughty perform. So my husband said he found a great place for us to have dinner before the show. I went on the website to check out the menu & reviews, everything sounded & looked wonderful! Such an array of food, lots of choices.Well from the moment we walked in, and Travis, the bartender smiling greeting us, told us to sit wherever we wanted. I loved the entire vibe and decor of St.Pete’s.We sat down & in minutes our server was greeting us, Alexis, can’t say enough about her. She was so friendly, engaging, told us we could still get Happy Hour drinks and apps. She suggested wonderful choices. We started with a 1/2 order of the nachos that were wonderful! I was looking at all of the many selections on the menu, & Alexis mentioned to check out the pastas, they are really great. I immediately went to the pasta choices, pick your pasta, sauce & protein to add. Loved that option. I had Angel hair pasta in A La Vicki (Pete’s version of Alfredo sauce) with shrimp. The shrimp were plentiful and big, the sauce was a light Alfredo, not heavy, with wonderful flavor, & large portions, took home leftovers. She told us about the wonderful desserts, especially the sheet cake, that Pete makes himself. We were so full, so had to pass. Alexis was so accommodating, we enjoyed chatting with her, very personable. In our way back from The Art Co. we decided to go back to St.Pete’s for a night cap and some of Pete’s sheet cake topped with ice cream. It did not disappoint! Delicious! Alexis, the other server, both of these ladies were working so hard with a smile and tag teaming to help each other. We talked to Travis on our way out, who was super friendly & assured him we would be back. I can’t say enough about St. Pete’s. Food, service, atmosphere, all were excellent. I highly recommend St.Pete’s! We will be back! 5 stars!“
“First time going here. The staff were awesome very helpful and the kept a smile on their face. And very patient cause we didn't know what we wanted so our waitress through out some different options and she let us taste the different flavors. The atmosphere was on point the music was going they also have slots machine. The price was good I paid for a medium with a extra shot. Medium $10 extra shot.$2.00 I will be going back again. Very nice place“
“Cheese burger with bacon. Not sure what kind if cheese it was but it was too thick for my liking. Nice place foe a quiet drink or bite. Nothing special. Bartender made the wrong drink for me but it was still ok the second one was correct.“
“Great service, good people. Bands are really good, and the environment is amazing. The food is so good. The bartenders are fast and very friendly.Parking: Parking fills up fast.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair accessible.“
“I recently visited Harwood Tavern after a recommendation and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere struck a perfect balance between casual and inviting, with just the right level of energy for a relaxed meal out. I was particularly taken with their wings and brisket fries, which were absolutely delicious. When I ordered a drink on the rocks, the bartender went out of his way to find the exact drink I wanted, making my outdoor dining experience even more enjoyable. The service was exceptional as well; Eric, our server, was outstanding, adding to the charm of our post-game celebration. The tavern also offers great amenities like a pool table and happy hour specials, which I appreciated. It’s a fantastic spot for any meal, whether it’s brunch, lunch, dinner, or a late-night bite. I’ll definitely be returning and would recommend Harwood Tavern to anyone looking for great food and a warm ambiance in Dallas. Also the to go lunch specials are some of the best in downtown!“
“An absolute hidden gem! First, the atmosphere was the best vibe. Calm, dive bar vibe. The bartender was super nice as well. We grabbed drinks and some burgers. My god, those were some of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Super juicy and cooked perfectly. I also did loaded fries which were delicious. The prices are very budget friendly and they do have specials throughout the week.We played some pool and there’s plenty of space in the back with an outside seating area. Def can’t wait to come back!“
“LOVE THIS PLACE!! I heard that they were known for their burgers & uh YES!! FABULOUS! I loved the atmosphere/ambience of this place….such a dive, hole in the wall type place & it was just so fun & comfortable. Go try it asap!“
“Date Night with a Hottie led us to Lake House Bar and Grill.Austin took great care of us, and steered me toward the Steak Sandwich, while my beautiful bride had the Black Mussels.Wonderful evening at a local, East Dallas fave.#lakehousebarandgrill #lakehousedallas #gedcc #eastdallaschamber #eatlocal“

“I really enjoyed my visit. The food was fresh and on time. I sat outside with friends and the weather was very nice. There's plenty of shade and TV entertainment. I will definitely return! If you're wanting a brick oven baked pizza, Latin food, or just a great beefy or veggie burger that's larger than your hand then definitely go to River Pig Saloon.Vegetarian options: There's a veggie burger on the menu as well that is delicious!“
“Since I moved downtown, this is by far my favorite spot. How can you not love $3 wells all day, every day? The bartenders are great and the food is pretty good too. They have the Sunday NFL Ticket with plenty of TVs. Oh, and best of all, they have Malört!“
“The Avenue is the perfect place if you’re looking for a bar with a great atmosphere and friendly people. The staff is friendly and accommodating and Fernando the manager is the best! I love spending Sundays here watching football on all of the TVs. There’s no better place than the ave!“
“The staff here are not just friendly; they go above and beyond to ensure you have a memorable time. Now, let’s talk about those cheese curds. They are divine! And I know a good cheese curd. Deuce’s Bar in Dallas gets a solid 5 stars from me.“
“Love this location! I just started going here after COVID, previously was a member of fitness connection. I really like going here, it's not always crowded and the equipment is up to date. I like how they're doing well with social distancing and having equipment cleaner available in single bottles to take along with you while you work out. It's always really nice and clean - no complaints.“
“5 star foodGranted, I always get the same thing - their Cuban sandwich -- but honestly it's the best one I've had outside of Tampa. Im sure the rest of the menu is great, but that is an assumption because I really only ever order the CubanIt's that good“
“The atmosphere is very nice. Great date nite spot. Food was excellent. I had the crab cakes and the boudain. My hubby had the dirty rice w salmon. Everything was seasoned well and very tasty. It definitely had a La. Cajun /creole vibe. I highly recommend this restaurant.“
“My partner and I ended our engagement party here with a party of 10. We came in around 11pm with no reservation. The place was pretty full but the employees cleared a table very quickly for us. Service was decent considering the amount of people, the food was just okay, and the drinks weren't very strong. The hookah stole the show for sure along with the music and friendliness of the employees. I'd definitely go back.“
“Where do I even begin? If you're looking for an unassuming place to get a brew and a bite, look absolutely no further than the Stoneleigh P. Seriously, stop looking. Just go to what I shall refer to as "The P" for the rest of this review for all of your hunger and inebriation needs. If you spend even just a split moment further looking for a different bar to go to after reading this, you're wasting you fuggin time, my friend, and that's on you. Don't be a silly goose and heed my words. GO. TO. THE. P.There are daily specials on both food and drinks, and the menu is constantly evolving with the times. I've never looked at the menu and not found a mouthwatering choice to make. Speaking of watering your mouth, the very kind and down to earth staff will make sure you get your desired (safe) amount. And speaking of the staff, it is family owned and operated, which is about as good as it gets for most businesses in the service industry. The Garrison family have a huge heart, and it shows in the way they do business and by their devoted following. You will never be let down by the sheer hospitality of the employees at The P.Lastly, I find solace in the fact that The P doesn't take itself too seriously. In the annals of Dallas nightlife, I've found a common degree of pretentiousness in many establishments that can be off putting. And I get it: it's hard to maintain a down to earth image while evolving to stay relevant to the everchanging times, but The P has pulled this off seamlessly for decades. A great example of this would be the recent 'All I Want for Christmas' jukebox fiasco. If you don't know what I'm referring to, please Google "Mariah Carey Stoneleigh P" and enjoy what you will undoubtedly discover. It was magical in so many ways, and so is The P.***P.S. - They've just recently moved locations for the first time since inception, and it was kind of a huge deal. Don't accidentally go to the old address. You can currently find the jukebox that regulates a particular Christmas track at 4218 Lemmon Ave. Tell em Brock sent ya!“
“Our bartender Marshall was just fabulous. He took care of the whole place by himself and with such ease nobody was waiting long for anything at all. Awesome recommendations for food and his drinks were top notch! We will be back just to see Marshall!“
“Picked up some tacos and Gordita's couple of days ago and was pleasantly surprised how really good everything was. Elly took care of us and was so hospitable talked to us about all the bands that come and play and recommended some dishes for us to try. Pastor and campechano tacos were really good and it's kind of trouble because it's walking distance from my house“
“This was a great little sports bar hidden inside the Hotel. We had excellent service both times we were there and the food was very tasty. If you are looking for a place to stay this makes it because the restaurant/bar is staggering distance to your room and literally 2 miles from love field so you don't have to go far for your flight. We will be back!!!“
“We stopped in because we had a 4 hour layover at DAL wanted to get out of the airport for a bit! Some of the most awesome service I’ve had in awhile! Had my favorite vodka Dustin behind the bar and the manager and other bartender were all super friendly food was phenomenal! Everyone seemed to enjoy working there. Very fresh and good quality! Highly recommend the chicken sliders and or hamburger pizza! When I’m in Dallas again definitely will be going back“
“Brunch was so so good!! Phenomenal and fast service, great food, and a really nice modern atmosphere! The breakfast burrito was so good. Lots of fillings and sauce. Came with a side of toppings and potatoes, which were seasoned well. The short stack of pancakes came with 3 pretty large ones. They were fluffy and soft and there was a side of butter. Inside is awesome: lots of cool decor and plants. Parking lot is very convenient. Bathrooms clean; there were 2 general stalls“
“We tried Indian food for the first time tonight at Shiva’s. It was absolutely delicious! Shiva’s service was wonderful and so was the food. We already can’t wait to go back! The Butter Masala with garlic naan bread was our favorite dish, but everything we tried was really really good. We absolutely recommend this restaurant 100%“
