Only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars for service was because I was told I couldn't eat my vegan food I brought with me (I was a part of a group of 5) because they don't like outside food. I understand that. They need to step up their game and add some more options for vegans. Side note, I was the one that recommended the group eat there. I don't get out to Deep Ellum often, but I was looking for a late lunch and got recommended to go to Angry Dog. It was relatively quiet for the mid-afternoon, and the server was polite and helpful. There's a lot of eye-catching things on the menu, but corned beef usually wins for me! The flavor was fantastic, I just wish the slices were layered throughout instead of stacked in the middle.
