“Wow! We were lucky enough to have dinner last night at Mister Charles. Eight of us were in town for a convention. All first timers here. We asked our server Rosa if it was possible to do a chef's tasting menu. She spoke with Chef Brendan and he put together an amazing menu for us in 10 minutes! Every course was superb and Chef Brendan explained each course of the meal. Specialty drinks were amazing. The Som, Luis, put together our wine pairings and they were outstanding. I was so looking forward to what I thought would be a great meal, and it surpassed all of my expectations! I love everything about this place from the celebrity photos near the elevators to the delicious popover with strawberry butter. On this visit, I ordered my favorite-- pot roast.
